The large center island with 4 barstools makes this space truly the heart of the home, and we have no doubt you’ll naturally flock there to mingle with one another.
The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 cozy bedrooms. Each space is fully furnished with a Queen bed and offers luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. A shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo is fully stocked to serve all guests.
The backyard is a prime space for entertaining with an outdoor sectional and additional seating to seat everyone comfortably. The backyard is fully fenced in so that you can expect total privacy.
The property is located in the Salemtown section of Nashville, only 1.6 miles from the heart of downtown and less than a mile from the restaurants and cafes in the Germantown neighborhood. Staying here means it’s more than doable to walk to major attractions downtown or get a short Uber/Lyft ride for a cheap fee. It’s a must to stop in at Big Al’s Deli, a neighborhood staple for authentic southern comfort food, a quick 4-minute walk from the home. Stock up on local fare at The Nashville Farmers Market 1.2 miles away. The Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, a gorgeous and active public park, is rich in history and can be reached in a mile as well. To reach “Honky Tonk Central” on Broadway Street, an Uber/Lyft can get you to the middle of the action in less than 10 minutes.
