Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything and on a quiet street. Just those little annoying things on why I did not give it a five star. The hairdryer was missing out of the main bathroom. Also the tub did not drain properly when showering in the smaller bedroom. Every remote in the place needs replaced! We could not use the fans because they only operated on high speed so at night you froze. You also had to keep taking out the batteries in the TV remotes and putting them back in to get it to work. The two rocking chairs on the front porch were broke so they could not be used and there was only one Adirondack chair, outback. We had four people so that was a little disappointing. Also, all the Silverstone in the pans was peeling off, so they weren’t that great to cook eggs in. Other than that, the place was spotless, and there was a lot of room.

Delaney's place was great! The neighborhood felt very safe. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an Uber/Lyft the entire weekend. The house was very cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

This was my second time staying here and it was great both times. The location is best for wherever you're going in Nashville. Nice quiet area and neighbors. The amenities and comfort is like being at home. The host was very nice and easy to contact. I have nothing but good things about this place and will stay again whenever I'm in Nashville.

There were a few issues with towels and bedding but the host took care of it immediately. The futon bed is NOT comfortable for an adult so one should not consider that room a bedroom option.

Very clean and beautiful home. Within 15-20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Was originally given a key pad access code, but there was no keypad. It was a lockbox. Called the phone # provided and got the lock box code immediately. Very responsive. Would stay there again for sure.

We had a lovely stay at Grand Welcomes place! The house was clean, decently-located, and had all the amenities we needed. There were a few little hiccups along the way—like the beds in the spare bedrooms had little to no support—but Grand Welcome Nashville was incredibly responsive and resolved everything quickly. We really appreciated how attentive and accommodating they were throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient home base, and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a cozy spot with a host who truly cares about their guests.

Location of the house is about 10 mins away from the city/strip which was nice! There was a lot of construction in the area and heard from early AM through the day, but I know that can’t be blamed on the Airbnb host. Note: there is NO set parking spaces, it’s street only which can be tight with a large vehicle. House was beautiful and had ample furniture/nice decor. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had basic pots/pans & tools for cooking. Nice washer & dryer on the second floor. Our biggest upset: lack of towels and washcloths available and the condition of some of the linens and bed pillows. We were a family of 6 and they supplied exactly enough towels and washcloths but 2 of the towels had stains on them so I bought my own from a local target. Most of the pillows and extra linens had stains/watermarks on them which was off putting and there was hair in the master bathroom shower when we arrived. Overall pretty good but felt housekeeping was lacking.

We loved our stay! The airbnb itself was very clean, hosts were responsible, and it comfortably housed our group of 6 during our stay. Hosts were accommodating to any requests which made our stay even better. It was about at 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville which made it super convenient to come back and forth throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

We had an incredible time staying at our airbnb! The house was awesome and super clean and tidy. The area is awesome and you can drive, uber, or even scooter to and from the house to downtown Nashville in no time. When we left, a member of our group forgot an expensive pair of boots and the host was quickly able to retrieve it and mail it back to us. Overall we cannot say enough great things about our stay, and if ever back in Nashville we would gladly consider staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Check-in was easy and it was close enough to all the action. There was a coffee shop at the corner and more places a mile or so away. We did find there were a couple things that could use some love (fan remote and trash batteries are dead, TP holder in master is loose, water pressure was very weak, one of the chairs on the front porch is broken) but nothing detracted from our experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out and each have privacy. Loved the coffeeshop down the street. Had read other reviews to know that the 4th "bedroom" was going to be small - it sure was. Short Lyft to downtown. Recommend Pharmacy down the street.

This was the perfect size for our group of 5 to stay and enjoy Nashville for a few days before my Son’s deployment. The only hiccup we had was getting into the home upon arrival, but that was quickly fixed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We ran into one problem with the bedroom downstairs that actually isn’t a bedroom it’s more so a chill space,so we had to figure out sleeping arrangements due to it only being 3 actual bedrooms and not 4.
