The spacious yard will help burn off some energy whether playing a game of catch or challenging one another to a round of cornhole.

When you’re ready to venture out away from the home, The Parkway is your direct route to all the fun and entertainment of downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Be sure to drop by the Sevier County Courthouse to snap a selfie with the life-size statue of country music legend Dolly Parton, afterward heading over to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge for a fun-filled day of roller coasters, rides, live shows, and true Smoky Mountain hospitality. More family-friendly activities await in nearby Gatlinburg, such as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, one of the top-rated aquariums in the U.S. Don’t miss a visit to the Gatlinburg SkyBridge, the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America for the best panoramic views around. Of course, you can’t pass up the opportunity to take a leisurely or athletic hike through the Great Smoky Mountains via one of several trailheads just a short distance from the home.

The home’s well-appointed interior offers bright spaces filled with contemporary furnishings and rustic-chic décor, facilitating relaxation and connectivity. Sink into plush living room sofa seating with chaise lounge to stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV during your well-earned downtime. House is beautiful and located in a nice neighborhood only thing I can complain about is the driveway. If you have a low car or your car is 4wd you will not make it up the driveway

There were 6 of us staying at the house so I brought a blow up mattress (and thankfully I did). The primary bedroom mattress and the bottom bunk mattress are terrible! Primary mattress has no center support so you and your partner are constantly rolling to the center of the bed. The upstairs bottom bunk mattress leans to the outside so you are consistently rolling towards the floor. The TV had a mind of its own, it turned on when it wanted too and didn’t work when you tried to watch something. The upstairs bathroom door falls off the rails when you try to open or close it. All in all, we enjoyed our time there but if we come back to the area, we would probably find a different place to stay.

So grateful my friends and I got to stay at this beautiful cabin! It was secluded and peaceful but not far from everything! The cabin is beautiful and was very clean when we arrived! I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants an amazing trip to Tennessee!

Had a wonderful stay at this cute cabin! Very centrally located to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Had some issues with the keypad while checking in but the hosts were very quick to respond (even at 10:30 pm). Driveway is steep but we didn’t have any issues getting up or down. Loved the private setting and space we had! Definitely recommend!

I really wanted to loved this cabin, it’s in a great location. Private but yet not too far away from everything. We booked this trip for a longer weekend trip and it’s a cute cabin but could definitely use some work. The game room bunk bed is almost not useable with how loose and wobbly it is. None of the light on the patio with the hot tub worked. There were a couple other small things that could use work also. Definitely needs a good bug spray I didn’t see any spiders there like the other reviews said but there was probably 50 ladybugs in the game room. It was a great place for a quick trip but unsure if we’d stay there again.

We’re glad you enjoyed the location but apologize for the issues with the game room bunk bed, patio lights, and bugs, and we’ll address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider staying with us again after these improvements.

The cabin is very well decorated and cozy. We rented this cabin because it was in close proximity to other family and friends staying on Rogers way for a destination wedding. The house had a very strong musty smell But once we got the air-conditioning units going, it was much better. As other reviews, there were spiders, but in the bunkbed room there were lots of oriental beetles but you are deep in the woods on a mountain top. I would have gave 5 stars if the mattresses were better.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cabin's décor and cozy atmosphere and that its location was convenient for your destination wedding plans. We appreciate your understanding about the musty smell and the presence of insects, as the cabin’s location in the woods can sometimes make it tricky to avoid entirely. We'll continue working to ensure these are minimized for future stays. We also value your comments about the mattresses and will take them into consideration as we make updates to improve guest comfort. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future!

It’s a very cute place - well decorated and cozy. Very private. We experienced a few issues during our stay.. they were responsive and sent ‘maintenance’ but we won’t be staying at this location during our next adventure to TN. Also, be sure your vehicle is 4WD if you book here. The driveway is tough!
Anonymous - Posted: 11/10/2024
Thank you for highlighting the cozy decor and privacy. We’re sorry your experience wasn’t perfect and appreciate your patience as we addressed the issues. While the driveway can be a bit steep, we do recommend 4WD for exploring the Smoky Mountains in general. Safe travels!

Great place to stay with lots of privacy. The host was very responsive and helpful. But just like the other reviews stated there are a lot of spiders. They tend to be in corners and don’t have much of an effect, but they are kinda a hassle to look at. If you plan on cooking, you will have to buy everything from oil to sugar. Overall a very great place to live.
Anonymous - Posted: 10/25/2024
Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the privacy and that our team was responsive and helpful. We appreciate your note about the spiders—while they are common in the area, we’ll make sure to take extra steps to address this for future guests. We also understand the need for certain kitchen supplies and will review our listings to make sure expectations are clear. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Was in town for a major car event, the stay was fantastic, the girlfriend was a bit hesitant due to the spider reviews, Yes she checked the entire cabin and we didn’t see spiders just webs which is normal. The only issue we had was the driveway, it is pretty steep, I drive a lowered vehicle that is awd and in some spots it was tight, But the property was fantastic and beautiful! We loved being very isolated, but we had a great view of the road from the hot tub to see all the nice cars go by, The hosts were fantastic and I highly recommend this for a stay!

The downstairs bedroom bed was not comfortable whatsoever. Upstairs beds were OK, but not by much. Thank goodness for the hot tub in the morning to give your back relief.

The house was in a perfect location for visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was cozy but a bit small for our family of 5. We enjoyed the patio and even saw a bear and cub while we were there (they were trying to get into the trash). The upstairs toilet had large black ants coming out of it. The property company sent out pest control but we didn’t notice an improvement with the ants. Unfortunately, that meant that all 5 of us were using the downstairs bathroom. To make the house better I would recommend better mattresses, a larger and more comfortable sectional or just more seating in the family room, more kitchen supplies like a cookie sheet and hot mitts, and to treat the house for pests.

There was a bit of a cleanliness issue with our rental. The toilets and hot tub were yellow, and the downstairs bathroom shower drained really slow. The biggest issue with the house was the bugs. Some bugs are to be expected in a cabin, but there were so many in one of the upstairs bedrooms that no one wanted to sleep in there. I called and they said there was nothing they could do but provide a vacuum. While I appreciated the easy communication, I think there could have been a better solution. One extra note that would be helpful to future renters is mentioning that the driveway is pretty steep which makes it a bit difficult to drive up. Other than that, it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay!
