Charming Home - Near DT, Pet Friendly!

The house is clean, easy to find and the neighbors are quiet for the most part. This location is looking at train tracks that are very loud and active. Definitely not recommended for quiet or relaxation. The kitchen leaves slot to be desired. No spices, no storage containers for food. No coffee. Both can openers are broken - we had to buy one. No wash rags for the bathroom and only 2 towels per bathroom. No kitchen rags.

Cute house. In need of some upgrades to furniture and fixtures. Would have been nice if the gas fireplace worked. Needs a lot of things in the kitchen: can opener, more towels, oven mitts.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the home needs work. There were broken lamps and other household items in the closets. The curtain rods and general fixtures in the house need attention before they fall off the walls. There were scuff marks and holes in the wall/ceiling. It looked like it was used for many many parties and not touched up. I feel I paid way too much for the reality of the situation. Contacting the hosts had a prompt response but it was clearly and AI response, not a person.

This Airbnb was a good stay for our quick family Christmas weekend in Nashville. It was not too far from downtown, Vanderbilt, or meherry. We were able to get to the Gaylord Opryland Resort in 20-30 mins and downtown in 10! It was dog friendly, but it wasn’t much grass or area for a dog to roam, that would be my only complaint . Great for a small family of 3!

Cute home, very clean. Parking was a little annoying- neighbor was upset we parked out front even though it’s all first come first serve. But that’s not the hosts fault. I would stay there again! Very close to downtown Nashville

Nice place to stay, located a few minutes away from Downtown and Broadway. The only issue we had during our stay was that some of walls had scuff marks, other than that awesome place !

Home looked like the photos. Cleaning could have been better. The location is in a neighborhood with a high crime rate. Our Uber driver told us to be careful and cautious in this area.

We had an amazing stay here in Nashville. It was close enough to the city, but still quiet at night. The house was spotless, and we had a spot to park off the street. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Nashville!!

It was an enjoyable stay. The place was clean, we were able to check in early, and the hosts were communicative. The only thing I will mention is the location is not great for walking anywhere, like coffee shops or restaurants. The garbage outside was also overflowing which was somewhat off putting. Overall I would recommend this place if you’re not really picky about the location.

I can’t stay the place was a total dump because it is cute and has the potential to be really nice. However; it could use alot of work. Upon arrival the outside trash was overflowing and the lid could not be shut. Walking in it is really nice but once you start taking a closer look it is really not work the almost $2k we paid to stay here. The walls are in serious need of repainting. I didn’t find one wall without a scuff mark. Also upon arriving the king size bed frame is broken at the bottom; you could still sleep in it but there was no sitting on the end of the bed at all. Also the instructions say first come, first serve for street parking so after we arrived we went to dinner and then came back and parked on the street in front of the parking cones one of the neighbors already has out. Well I am assuming another neighbor thinks they are entitled to the other spot and was beating on our door and blowing their horn twice while we were there. And a wall lamp fell in my kids face.

Had a great time in Nashville, would definitely recommend staying at this spot! The house was located just a few miles from downtown and it was super easy and convenient to reach Broadway and other hot spots. House was as described and was very clean. We stayed here for my birthday and it was so convenient for going to broadway. The Uber’s were cheap since it was close by. We also loved how there was two vanity’s for getting ready right next to the bathroom!! Overall our stay was very enjoyable because of our stay here!!

We had a great stay here! Has all the amenities you need! Though it was in a sketchy area, it was only a 8-10 minute drive to downtown and less than 15 minutes anywhere else we wanted to go. But we were aware of our surroundings at all times and the home itself was great!!!

Our stay here was pretty nice. We had some trouble checking in due to the locks, but the hosts were responsive enough to help us out. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues for the most part. Amenities were decent. Would recommend bringing along your own blankets and pillows, as the rooms don’t have many extras. Location wise, the home is close to downtown. About a 8 to 10 minute drive from everywhere we visited. 4/5 stars from us.

We had a fantastic stay! The host kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Broadway, making it easy to explore. The space itself was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—we slept wonderfully. Great place to stay! My friends and I went out to Nashville to celebrate a birthday. Great place to play cards and cook meals before we hit the town. Ubering was a cheap option due to location. Only complaint is there weren’t enough blankets for everyone. Other than that, it was great!!

I read through the comments before I booked. And I created some perceptions. But, you’d have to be there to see just how far this Host goes to make sure your stay is perfect! My friends & I took a long weekend trip to Nashville and we chose to stay here. I will say that this wasn't in the best neighborhood, but we had no issues & felt safe staying there. The house was clean and just like the pictures. It is such a cute house, we felt very comfortable. It was a 10 minute uber ride to downtown, that really was beneficial. The host was accommodating with whatever we needed and helped us extend our check out time due to flight reasons! Next time we come back to Nashville, we already decided we want to stay here again!! Our overall stay in Nashville was fun! The city was certainly not what I expected (very dirty, homeless all over, & not safe), but for a short weekend away this place accommodated all our needs. I would not recommend staying here with small children as the area/neighborhood did not feel safe. The parking was quite difficult to find and we were unable to park in front of the home as described due to a broken down vehicle in the street…If you are looking for quiet this is not the place, the neighbors blast music for hours on end and the train is constant. An incident/shooting occurred at the home behind this Airbnb which made us feel even less safe. To conclude, this home met the bare minimum needs as it was a place to sleep and a kitchen to cook and was only a 10-15 minute drive to most everything downtown, but I don’t think we will be back anytime soon unless we stay wayyy outside of the city.

The place was super cute and fit our needs. Beds comfy. We had three of us. Pretty close to downtown we used Lyft 10 min ride. Our car and neighbors car both had one window smashed from a random smash and grab idiot. The fourth car was stolen further down the street. Neighbor said he lived there for three years and nothing like that ever happened. I would say maybe but up a fence along sidewalk privacy so cars are not in view. It's the world we live in unfortunately.

It had comfortable beds and was clean and cozy feeling, a little noisy due to train close by. A short less than 15 minute ride to downtown Nashville. Be sure to bring extra towels, as there was not enough provided for 4 people. We reported the coffee pot was broken on first day and not replaced while we stayed. It was hard to prep meals and could not leave food out due to ant problem in kitchen. We reported after first night there but no one got back to me after I sent text message about the ants or the coffee pot. Parking in street was a concern due to very dangerous street even with church across the way, parking lot was in back behind another house. No back yard.

We had a fun weekend in Nashville. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. However, some of the amenities were broken and we were unable to connect to the internet or use the TVs, which was inconvenient. The futon also broke when we sat on it. Maintenance came while we were out to fix the futon, which we appreciated. The neighborhood was a bit disappointing as it wasn't walkable to any attractions in the heat. However, once we found electric scooters, getting around became easier.

Property very nice inside and out. Neighborhood was decent not the best. Walk to the farmers market was a little shotty. Definitely wouldn’t make the walk during the evening. Overall was a great stay.

Management Team was very communicative. They made sure to contact me/check in. Well Done! Bedding/Towels very clean, master bed comfortable. Stocked with essentials. Do not like complaining but I need to for future lodgers. Unit needs a DEEP cleaning. Any dish/glass/silverware/cup/cookware had to be cleaned prior to use. Dirty/with old residue/lipstick/etc. Unit dusty/dirty floors. Closets had stuff placed in them to include pictures from the walls instead of rehanging, a swing, & other items that just seemed to be stowed “out of sight”. Walls need some repair work due to holes all over/cracked paint/peeling ceilings & many spots on walls not painted. Dated furniture & some in need of repair/replacement due to water stains/general damage. Not a reason not to stay here, just some extra attention/TLC needed to make the unit more appealing. Realize that the neighbors do not seem fond of the rental. You will NOT park on the street as most cars do not move, EVER, & if you try to park, just to unload you might have a resident tell you that you can’t park in front of their house. A public street & no spaces can be reserved but choose your battles as it is not worth the confrontation. Parking lot to the rear of the unit but it is not accessible from the unit & you have to walk around the block to get to it. Pets only have the small front yard as the rear area is totally overgrown, very small & not accessible. Bottom line is you are paying for being “closer” to downtown.

House was clean enough, adequate space for 2 adults to wfh and enough kitchen utensils to cook in some.. but the heat wasn't working and it was very cold (outside was like a low of 30's in fahrenheit at night).

The home had the basic amenities for me and my dog to stay, cook and work from for two weeks. The neighbors in the same kind of houses were very nice. When I needed towels upon arrival, the managing company brought me them promptly. It is missing some basic comforts I am accustomed to from other VRBO's, like kitchen towels (I ended up buying my own), handsoap & dispensers and pot holders. Aside that, it was so close to all I wanted to get to around Nashville.
