We were in Nashville for about a week, for a family wedding. Literally this place was great for four adults and one kid, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! Very clean, safe, and close to everything that we could think of or had to do for the weekend! We will be considering this building again when we are ever in the area!

The place was very nice with comfortable furnishings. Very central to a variety of different areas of Nashville, restaurants, and activities. The only downside is if the neighbors are rowdy you can hear them through the walls and ceiling.

Very nice apartment, beautiful decoration with good taste Close to downtown where the entertainment is located, like 9 minutes away in car The only thing that my girlfriend and I missed were comfortable pillows. The existing ones are bulky When I requested thinner pillows the host made clear that they were standard and that they couldn’t find thinner ones, so we didn’t sleep well

The host was amazing! We had constant communication and specific directions for checking in and checking out. The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. There are plenty of places around for breakfast and to have a beer and watch the game. It was a cheap uber ride to Broadway! We would definitely book this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Our unit was precious! The decor was spot on. The location was great. I was a little nervous about parking but had no issues. Grand Welcome was quick to respond to an issue we had accessing the unit. They were prompt and friendly in providing a remedy. The mattresses and pillows were amazing. The floor to ceiling windows were great. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Will definitely book next time we’re in town.

The place was beautiful and great for the area. Check-in and out was smooth and the location was close to everything! However, the reservation was for 5 adults for 5 nights and 6 days; and we run out of toilet paper. There was only one roll per bathroom that was already started. Even, we extended our stay for 1 more night and when asked for more toilet paper, they told us to buy it at our own expense. There’s wasn’t any other option than to buy some. These situation should have not happened and the apartment should have been stocked with this essential item. I did not like the response recieved from Grand Welcome Nashville. As a long-time Airbnb user, this has never happened in any of my stays. Especially, when you market the place as “luxury apartment”.

This was our first time in a airbnb. Would highly recommend this trendy airbnb. It's super clean and has everything you need for your stay. It was an eight minute Uber ride to Broadview to enjoy your downtown experience.

We specially chose this building because we had stayed here before (in a different unit) so we knew what a perfect location it was. The building uses a convenient keyless entry (with an app) and it’s so safe. It is only a 7 min uber ride to broadway and across the street from our favorite restaurant (Butcher & Bee). But what made are stay even better was the wonderful unit we stayed at. Unit was clean and the host gave great attention to all the details needed for a great stay (very clean, all the essentials, beautifully decorated and even a fantastic coffee station). We would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness and newness were the 1st two things that stood out, but after a long drive sitting down in the comfortable chairs was rewarding. Looking over to the stereo, we noticed LPs and put on a little Patsy Cline, following it up with some Johnny Cash. At the end of the night, we all fell asleep on some of the most comfortable beds we've been at outside our own house. It was definitely as described if not more. Easy Uber to downtown, no hassle l. Check out was as simple as checking in. We will be back. From value perspective, it was more than fair... See you again soon.

place was very nice and clean but it really was annoying that we could not get in an hour or two earlier when the condo was empty before us. we had to pay to store our luggage at a private business because you would not let us drop off our luggage. what's the big deal when the place is ready. just seems you could have helped us a little more. you would khkave lost nothing by helping us

The place was great! Clean and comfortable! Would definitely rent again. The check in process was a little shaky because I never received the email but when I messaged you about it you were quick to respond! One more thing anyone staying there should know that you will need to uber or take the city bus into town. (Not a bad thing)

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The accommodations were fantastic and located a short uber/lyft ride to downtown area. Only negative was the checkin process. Expect to spend as much time filling out info as you would buying a house. They want everything except your blood type.

Perfect size for our group with a close uber/lyft to broadway. Listing was a little off as it is about a 8-10 minute drive to broadway and not the 3 minute drive as advertised. Overall easy check in/check out and clean unit.

The condo was a great set up with a ton of restaurants nearby. Parking is very tight, so be mindful of a parking a truck or large suv. Definitely would stay again!

The property was exactly as we expected. It was a very convenient area in East Nashville. It was extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. I texted a couple of times about questions and they responded promptly. My family visits Nashville a couple of times a year and we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, this property was very clean and had everything we were looking for in our stay.One issue is that we had a smoke detector chirping for a whole day due to low battery and maintenance never arrived. Additionally, the window in the bedroom is broken and was allowing rain to soak the floor. Maintenance didn't arrive to address this either even though the host said they would.This did not hinder our trip but it would've been nice to have these problems addressed rather than just receiving the same "we will address the team and get back to you" message from the host.

Great condo! Great stay! The condo is adorably decorated and well equipped. The beds are comfy! We loved the record player and record selection. Parking was easy under the building. Nissan stadium and Broadway are walkable but we used ride share and it was easy and cheap. Surrounding area has lots of food and drink. Great stay!
