The home was quite pleasant and spotless. It was conveniently located just two minutes away from downtown Nashville by car, which was a huge plus. Although I would have preferred it to be in a better area, it seems like there’s construction happening there, so things might change in the future. The host was responsive and checking in and out was very easy. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great house with plenty of space and matched the photos. Make sure to uber or drive from the house rather than walk as it’s near a not so good neighborhood. Max 10 minute drive from Broadway and all the fun so really close and enjoyable.

Would not recommend for women traveling without protection. Not in a safe community. House is nice. Kitchen faucet only gets warm at best.

When we first arrived we realized we were not in a great part of nashville, which is not pictured in the listing. Lots of homeless people:( We came home late the second night and found a homeless man pooping in the front yard. I literally have pictures. Not of him, but you know what I mean. There was no keypad to get into the garage but they did accommodate and send someone to put one in. The combination they gave us to the door was incorrect so we had to wait to get someone on the phone while we stood in the freezing cold in a bad part of town. They did quickly help us out, but still! The house is nice but the walls are pretty banged up as well as one of the tv’s had a nice big scratch down it. Overall, it was an okay place to stay and is close to downtown. But in a dangerous area which isn’t shown so just keep that in mind. They were helpful when talking to them and even offered to send cleaners too, but no way would i make someone scrub the walls! Just things to keep in mind!

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! Highly recommend for the location and affordable price. Only a 5 min uber to downtown and the gulch. Very clean and beautiful house.

Great place for 3 couples coming to Nashville. Lots of space & great amenities. We did walk to Broadway one afternoon but it’s not safe to walk at night. It’s also a bit far from Broadway about 1.3 miles. Ubers are super cheap - about $8-$10 & also come very quickly so the location was fine with our group. We didn’t feel safe outside at night & there are not options to walk for groceries or drinks. Dollar General is the one option but it’s filthy and unkept. Overall though I would recommend this house. Just need to Uber to/from places. If you have a car, that would also be very helpful.

The area is not what it is portrayed to be. The area is ghetto and super run down. Every Uber driver said it was located .5 block from the projects. I would not recommend this place if you are traveling with just girls. We felt unsafe. The rugs and walls are super dirty. We were given no clean linens. There was a homeless sitting right in front of the house throughout our whole stay. Overall we severely overpaid and felt like we were catfished. The pictures are super deceiving!!

This is a beautiful property and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate a special request for us. I was on a girls trip and we all really enjoyed the property and the close proximity to downtown. We walked it a few times took 30 minutes to Broadway. The neighborhood is up and coming, but we felt safe and there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

We pleased with the location, lay out, & cleanliness of the inside of the property!! We parked two SUV’s in the garage & a full size truck in the driveway…..so parking is perfect!! We had everything we needed….towels, throw blankets to snuggle under while watching a movie. There is a fenced in backyard, so we able to let our dog run around & explore without worrying!! The only issues needing to be addressed were the lawn needing to be mowed & the overgrowth of the bushes in the backyard. This wouldn’t have been an issue, but we would sit outside with fur baby sometimes. We brought this to management’s attention & we’re told these issues would be addressed for their next guests!!

The host was incredibly welcoming and even left a thoughtful “Welcome to Nashville” message on a whiteboard, which was such a lovely touch. The home’s modern design is absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely consider staying again the next time we’re in Nashville—just a couple of minor cosmetic items could use attention. While the location isn’t walkable, it’s only a quick 2–8 minute drive to everything.

This is a very nice house and everything was spotless. It was only 2 miles to the hot spots on Broadway, so less than 10 for 4 of us to Uber there. The property has 3 bedrooms, one on the top floor and 2 on the middle, so there is lots of privacy. The whole place seems to have been recently remodeled, so it's very fresh. The master shower is HUGE! The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is because there isn't much within walking distance. If you have a car, everything is close. We didn't want to deal with parking, so we just got taxis and Ubers everywhere. Overall, it was a great stay.

The home was even better than the listing. A lot of vacation rentals are older properties that have squeaky floors and just have an aesthetic makeover but this home felt new and was very well built and maintained. The house itself was great and very clean. The area it was in, not so great. Homeless and trash all over the back ally of the property. Drugs being sold in the back ally. We didn't have any issues. The bedrooms could use some blackout curtains as it was very very bright as soon as the sun comes up. The front door could use a curtain as well. You can see inside the house from the street and even across the street can see in the front door, which wouldn't be an issue if the neighborhood was better. Uber was cheap from this location to downtown Broadway and very fast. Overall, this was a great stay, other than the neighborhood it is in.

First of all, the house is beautiful, but there were a few issues that could be easily fixable for the next renter. One bed had sheets not changed, grass was super tall and kitchen lacked in glasses. Other than that, the house was great. Not necessarily toddler friendly with all the stairs, but we only had adults so it worked great. The neighborhood is sketchy but we didn’t have any issues.

I recently had the opportunity to explore a fantastic three-bedroom, four-bathroom house that spans three floors, and I must say, it truly stands out in several aspects. The kitchen is nothing short of amazing, equipped with modern appliances and ample space that makes cooking and entertaining a delight. The master bathroom is equally impressive, featuring luxurious finishes and a serene ambiance that makes it a perfect retreat.This house also offers a great social atmosphere, with plenty of space for hanging out and enjoying time with family and friends. The proximity to downtown is a significant advantage, making it easy to access all the vibrant amenities the city has to offer. Additionally, having a garage is a huge plus, providing convenience and added security for your vehicle.However, the neighborhood is a bit of a mixed bag. While it is considered "up and coming," it does have its challenges. Although the neighbors around the property were friendly and welcoming, I noticed some concerning activity down the alley, which detracts from the overall appeal. On a few occasions, we encountered individuals asking for change when we were visible from the upstairs deck, which can be uncomfortable.In summary, this house is a gem with its impressive features and prime location near downtown. However, potential buyers should weigh the neighborhood's current state against the home's many positives. If you're looking for a great house with wonderful amenities

The property is a diamond in the rough. When pulling in the alley to park the car it was a little concerning because of the unkept neighboring properties. However, we had no issues during our stay. The property offered us the convenience of being close to the event we were attending and downtown Nashville. It also offered a fenced in backyard for our dog and a secured two car garage. The home worked for us but you must be prepared to climb stairs. There are two levels with two bedrooms on level one and a suite on the top level. The home was for the most part very clean, although the walls were oddly scuffed, there was a broken chair, a broken light shade and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose, simple items that required attention. We would certainly consider staying there again.
