This is a great spot outside the city. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The owner is very professional and responsive. The property is very clean and organized. They thought of everything; towels, toiletries, washer and dryer, iron, coffeemaker, kitchenware, etc. Rooms are large and spacious. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, but can sleep 10 easily. We had 6 ladies in our group. We enjoyed the space. We weren’t there a whole lot but when we were it was easy to gather in one main spot to hang out. Met all our needs well and had room for everyone . Lots of stair . It was quiet and comfortable. Close to downtown. Our car was broken into parked on the street however seemed very random . The host was awesome. They were communicative about early check-in and late check-out which I truly appreciated. The home itself was superrr cute we loved all the decor and they even had toiletries available which came in so handy. The bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and clean. We were a group of 10 girls and we had no issues with space. It was less than 15 of downtown so it was easy to get transportation to and from. Overall the stay was great just a 5-10 mins drive from downtown Nashville yet everything was clean colorful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting w a large group of people. The townhouse was amazing! Gorgeous and very comfortable. There were 8 of us total and everyone stated how nice it was! It worked perfect for our girls weekend and was close enough to Broadway for our group to get an uber anytime needed. Great views of downtown Nashville and the sunset. The host’s quick communication was the best part of my stay…The home was exceptional. However, I did expect a little more from the photos and the price that I paid. There was dirty dishes, spiders, spider webs and noticeable hair on the beds during my initial check in. The Hello Nashville sign and balcony tv did not work as well. We had an amazing visit for our first time in Nashville!! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. All of the rooms were exactly as described. They were decorated beautifully. The only issue we had was with the Hello Nashville sign on the deck. We messaged about how to get it turned on but never heard back so that was a bit of a bummer. Beautiful property. We booked this place to attend my nephew’s wedding. Easily walking distance to evening events. Although area looks to be under redevelopment, we felt safe walking around. Uber’s were very short wait - typically 5-10 minutes. We found it convenient to the airport & Broadway. Unfortunately, it was one of the colder weekends for Nashville & we couldn’t take advantage of the outside deck. Heating within the property was no issue. This is a beautiful apartment--exactly like the pictures. It is spacious and clean and so thoughtfully decorated. The multi-level layout made it great for groups. We had so much fun staying here. It was easy 8-10 minute Uber ride into the action of Nashville. Also very convenient to the airport. My favorite part was the bed--I slept so well. The beds were extremely comfortable. This was a great place to stay to celebrate my best friend's bachelorette. We were lucky to be accommodated with an early check-in, even though it's a busy month, we truly appreciated it. Our bride-to-be loved this home, especially the Nashville wallpaper and furniture. We were happy with all the amenities, including a hair dryer and curling iron which was very convenient in case you forgot yours. This was an easy 12-minute Uber drive to Broadway. I loved this townhouse for me and my friends. It’s very girl trip friendly and a beautiful home. It’s literally 10-15 min from downtown area restaurants and bars and the stadium if interested. Such a cute place! Stayed for a bachelorette party and it seemed like it was made for us. Clean rooms, less than 10 mins to Broadway, cute terrace. Easy rules to follow for check in and check out. This is our first friends trip with a total of 8 of us all together. We absolutely loved this property to the fullest, we loved the entire property in and out location didn’t bother us at all. Looking forward to another trip and definitely coming back to this property if available. Thank you Note. The only little issues were was that the living room had no blinds, multiple floors had trash in the trash can still and a couple of our towels were already dirty and the dishwasher had a bunch of dirty dishes that we ended up washing.
