Great apartment, no view, towels are very thin, and the neighbors were very noisy, all night, we also had a water leak in the bathroom. The room was nice furnished and the bed was comfortable.

we enjoyed the awesome Johnny Cash decor. The location is great as far as being close to many things. The building can be loud. We were there 10 days. The garage isn't monitored at all. There was trash collecting by the garage elevator for over 4 days (no trash can, people just putting drink cups, etc.

This Airbnb was beautiful and I would definitely stay here again! The bed was very spacious and comfortable and my husband didn’t want to leave it! It was a good location to downtown Broadway for the nighttime scene and the Parthenon was just a street behind it! Overall, 5/5 stars!

The place was beautiful and had everything we needed, the only thing that was irritating was the noise. No particular fault of the hosts, just super loud upstairs neighbors and on the side closest to the bathroom. Mostly in the morning unfortunately; which was just about the only times we were there. Otherwise it was a great stay, clean, and within walking distance to quite a bit.

Our usual hotel had doubled their price for graduation weekend. We love this area so looked for something more affordable- this was superior to our usual hotel in every way! If we are ever back in the area we would absolutely stay here again!

Such a pretty place in a good location! Loved the decor (very touristy) and it was super clean upon arrival. Had a few issues with wifi and the tub drain but they were very responsive. Due to the way the apartment complex was built you can hear a pin drop within the apartment so keep that in mind if you come here with others!

We went for a quick getaway to Nashville for the weekend. Convenient parking, close enough to anything that a $10.00 Uber ride gets you downtown. Wish we could have stayed longer

Had a nice stay! Easy parking and entry to the apartment. Quick and easy ten minute drive to downtown and most other places in Nashville. Walls are kind of thin but didn’t have any disturbances. I definitely recommend staying and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this location that was convenient to Vanderbilt. We could easily walk to the campus and to nearby Centennial Park. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It had a nice kitchen which we did not use. Great stay.

Very clean studio apartment fitted with bare essentials. Close to Vanderbilt but not a super walkable Nashville area & we found the area/apartment a bit on the louder side. Overall would recommend but not for light sleepers.

Excellent communication with flexible check in and very good neighborhood and easy access to all amenities. Airbnb was very nice and clean and having everything that you could have had in your own home and it was very cozy. King bed was comfortable with quiet and safe neighborhood. We were in Nashville for 3 nights and absolutely loved this place as soon as we walked in the door. It was super spacious and the high ceilings made it feel even bigger. It was spotlessly clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated and there were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry products provided. Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University are close by but we used our car to get to other places we wanted to go. The Grand Ole Opry was 20 minutes by car and the city and 12 South neighbourhoods were 10 minutes by car. It was great having a covered carpark. The neighbourhood is a safe one and we had no concerns with the carpark not being secure / gated. We thoroughly recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Loved this air bnb. The host was always very responsive, the locations only 7 mins by Uber to Broadway but the neighborhood is quiet. It’s walkable to the Parthenon, reds hot chicken and other convenient stores if needed but out of the way for most popular delivery. The building was very quiet. So nice to be away from the hype of the downtown! The place was gorgeous, it was decorated beautifully and the bed is amazing. It was huge! I loved it. I would highly recommend

Convenient (walking) location to Vanderbilt Univ., where we had to go for this visit. Also, convenient to downtown, Marathon Motors complex, and botanical gardens, which we also visited. Right next to Centennial Park, which we enjoyed walking through during the day. Great neighborhood when it was light outside, but not someplace we wanted to walk around after dark after seeing some of the characters who came out late evening. Parking was convenient under the building. Nicely decorated.

The stay was overall nice. The apartment was very clean. With that said, if you are bringing a car, you might want to think about staying elsewhere. The garage where you park does not have any kind of security/gate and there were multiple homeless people in the garage on multiple different occasions which made us feel uneasy. There was also quite a stench in the elevator and hallways.

This was our first trip to Nashville. After pricing surrounding hotels, I decided to check Airbnb, I found this wonderful apartment for half the price of a hotel. We felt right at home immediately. The furnishings are beautiful, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. We had an issue with the tub draining, I reached out the local point of contact they were prompt to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this listing and plan to book again.

Loved this place! Very clean, comfortable and cozy! Decor is adorable and well stocked! Convenient to Vandy and Broadway is a very short drive! Great shower, hot with good pressure..free parking in a garage, our F250 wpuld have been tight, we drove the car instead. The fitted sheet kept snapping off bed, easy for you to fix for next guest!
