Great location if you plan your trip for 12 S neighborhood foid/shopping. Quick drive/uber to midtown and downtown. Small but perfect 2 moms and daughters.

This was a great Airbnb for the price and location. 12 South is a block away, which made getting food and walking shops incredibly easy. Downtown and other popular locations were close by and Uber's were very inexpensive. The place is on the smaller side but if you are out and about during your stay, it is the perfect place to rest at night.\n\nThe only setback is the lack of mirrors. There is one mirror in the bathroom and so it was hard to get ready amongst the four of us.

12 South is one of my favorite locations in Nashville, so I was very excited to stay within walking distance from it! The Airbnb was very cute and stylish, the decor and setup made it a cozy place to come back to. Communication and check-in were easy as well. One small thing that could be improved for future guests is adding another mirror — when staying with four girls, we definitely could’ve used one more in the bedroom! Overall, it was a lovely stay and we appreciated the space.

Very bad sulfur smell when the shower was running. The bathroom counter was dirty and there were no hand towels. I stay in the area every other week for work and compared to other options this was mediocre at best.

Our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the space and its convenient location in the 12th South neighborhood. Communication with the host was consistently prompt and helpful. We found the living area to be a bit smaller than ideal for a party of three. Our primary concern, however, was the noise from the owners' use of the garage right below, which occurred each morning and was unexpected. Overall, our experience was positive.

Cozy apartment over detached garage one block from 12 South walkable to boutiques, restaurants and Sevier Park. The place was cute , clean, private, functional and had two dedicated parking spots for cars which was nice - however it may be a tight fit if you have two very large cars/trucks. My Honda accord and civic fit just fine though. Main area had comfy loveseat big enough for two people and cute chair for a third person. Nice kitchen with fridge that had filtered water and host provided coffee pods for coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows provided. Perfect location and accommodations.

We had a great stay! Only complaint is the pillows aren’t that comfy! But other than that, everything else was great! We loved the shops/restaurants all around us as well. Short uber to broadway!

Great stay a little tricky finding the spot at first. We also were not able to enter the air b&b with the original code provided but the host was very quick to respond and we figured it out immediately. Great accommodation, super clean and great area to stay in Nashville especially if you’re not trying to be around the crazy-ness of downtown/broad street.

Our stay was lovely. The location is perfect for getting around 12th South and visiting Belmont. The only issue we had was that we were given the wrong code to enter the unit when we arrived. Fortunately we were able to get in touch with the management company and get the correct code. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The laneway house is just off the high street in 12 South, with lots of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, etc. within walking distance. The space was a comfortable size for our group (2 couples).

Our stay here was perfect! We love this location. Hosts were super responsive and it easy to find! Our only “con” (not even a con), was that there weren’t enough mirrors for 3 girls lol!! Everything was amazing and we will be back in the future!!

Location was perfect for my husband and I. There was a full bed in one room and a small room with bunk beds. I think had we had our kids there it would have been a tight feeling. It was perfect for two adults. The kitchen area was well stocked and the Keurig coffee machine was perfect for us as well.

This was a nice home base for our girls' weekend in Nashville, but a few things were disappointing. It was not advertised that the unit is located above the garage for the home on the property, and the homeowners opening/closing the garage door and starting the cars in the early mornings was pretty disruptive. It was also not stated that the bunk beds are not in a separate room but rather an alcove with no door. Though the beds were surprisingly comfy, it was easy to get woken up by others moving around in the living room or using the bathroom. In terms of cleanliness, I was disappointed that the floors did not seem to be cleaned prior to our arrival. That said, the place has a nice design as well as great A/C. We loved being able to walk to all that 12th Ave offers for dining, coffee, and shopping, and the area is very safe and beautiful.

Wow, what a perfect place for our stay! The location is absolutely ideal, one block walk from 12 South and all its restaurants and shops. The place is an apartment above the garage behind the house, but feels very independent with its own street and entrance. The apartment is beautifully done. The style is *chefs kiss* - that bathroom floor tile?? Perfection. This space was exactly what we needed for two adults and two kids.

The location is perfect- walkable to so many restaurants and shops! The space is small, but it was perfect for the 3 of us. One thing to note is that the instructions were worded a little funny about where to park but we were able to figure it out and find the driveway off of the alley. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect-walkable to 12 South and close to Belmont University, which made getting around so easy. The space itself was cozy and comfortable and worked perfectly for me and my two teenage daughters.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and check-in/check-out was a breeze with minimal instructions. I especially loved the office nook and desk in the bedroom, which made working from home during the stay convenient.Our stay happened during the January winter/ice storm, and we ended up needing to extend our stay by two extra days. The property manager was accommodating and made the extension process easy and stress-free, which was truly appreciated.The place was cutely decorated, had plenty of towels, and great closet space in both the bedroom and the bunk room. Overall, it felt thoughtful, comfortable, and welcoming-we’d absolutely stay here again!

The cottage was great, clean and exactly as posted. The only problem we had was that there was construction next door. We would have appreciated being notified as it appeared to have been going on for a while. We were unable to open the shades as they were working on the roof. The work began at 7am on both Friday and Saturday and continued all day. We would have preferred to sleep In both days but were awaken by the noise.

I came to visit my daughter; the apartment was beautiful and new, super comfortable bed and great shower; nice and quiet at night. I felt very safe at night and it’s so close to the shops on 12 south- a great stay :))

Relocating and it was just me. While I had to work, it was perfect in every way. Space is as shown. Clean, chic and I felt at home. I ate in so fully utilized the well equipped kitchen. I even had my morning coffee there each day. 12 South is my favorite neighborhood and home is steps from all the shops and in a very cute neighborhood. On my own, I felt safe and parking was right at the door. Management was very responsive and available if you need them. There is a little monkey theme and the monkey light fixture made my Instagram stories and we named him Elvis. I will definitely be back, and can’t say enough good things about this spot.
