Very comfortable and close to most places in Nashville. Had great food located within walking distance and even got to see the Parthenon without wasting a gallon of gas.

Beautiful apartment with fun decor and several things provided for downtime. I wish I had been able to take advantage of the guitar and instructions on how to play! Walk to Vanderbilt, Centennial park, restaurants...

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The space had everything we needed, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel welcome. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive and friendly, and the location was great. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 days and was more than happy to have this place to stay in. There’s a lot you can walk to, the room was very clean and had super cool decorations, and it was very homey. Delaney was kind, quick to respond, and gave clear instructions for everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy to scooter or uber right into town(broadway). Has washer and dryer in unit. Extra pillows. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved the 51st deli right across the street from unit, great food. Would stay again next time we visit.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It was only about a mile from Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, which made visiting family at the hospital very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and everything I needed was provided. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

I’ve been to nashville 10-11 over the years and this was by far my favorite stay. The area was close to everywhere I needed to be without feeling like you’re right in the midst of it all. Plenty of parking, and the place was practically spotless. Thanks again 🙏

Apartment was nice. Went with a friend and there was just one bed so we switched sleeping on the couch which I do not recommend. Lol. Great for sitting, not so great for sleeping. Other than that it was a nice apartment in a good location.

Good enough place to stay if you need to be close to Vanderbilt. There was a small issue with the washer but the hosts were super responsive and offered a solution. The floors seemed like they had not been cleaned well or in a while. Walking across them in your socks left the bottom of your socks completely covered in a lot of dirt. The bathroom rugs were also visibly dirty.

The Airbnb was amazing, and a great deal for our 11 night stay! I would definitely come back, especially because it was so close to everything! It was a short drive to Broadway and was right next to Centennial Park. The restaurants around the area had many different cuisine options and delicious food. Besides the want for more dishes and towels in the Airbnb, the stay was very peaceful and acceptable for any budget! I will book with them again, on my next trip to Nashville!

This place is perfect for two people with a few days to spend in the Vanderbilt area. I walk a long way to Campus, and there are places to eat within a short walk. Kitchen allows for your own meals, free parking ( a luxury in Nashville). It's a straight shot to Broadway, best to take a Lyft or Uber. I've stayed at this specific condo several times over the last couple of years, and it's solid.

This location was ideal for me. Away from the touristy downtown, but an easy straight shot to all the bars on Broadway when I wanted it. Decent number of walkable options nearby, including Paradeisos Coffee which was great to work from. The Local has live bands every night and is a good vibe. Centennial park and sports complex were great for runs and workouts. Very close to Vanderbilt campus and stadiums as well. The area is more car-centric than I prefer, but it’s overall peaceful and fairly walkable. As others have mentioned, the walls of this building are indeed thin, but it wasn’t an issue during my two week stay. The apartment itself was lovely, with lots of thoughtful touches. I immediately felt at home.

Cash's Corner was a great Nashville getaway. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The decor is right in line with the hip Nashville vibe. We were in town for the football game. The stadium is a very easy walk. Uber rides to Broadway, Germantown & Midtown were quick and easy. Cash's Corner is very centrally located. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and with an entertaining thematic decor. Best of all it was a perfect location for us with just a short walk to the Parthenon where we caught the hop-on, hop-off tour bus and just two blocks from a great steak house restaurant. Just what we needed.

The property was just as described. It's a convenient location fairly close to the university and a short ride over to Broadway with covered parking and easy access. The host was quick to respond, though I didn't need to ask for much because they had everything I needed there. Check out was easy. I would definitely recommend this place and I would come back for another stay.

Place was great and exactly as pictured. Only issues I had was the couch had a tear in the center and the fluff was leaking out, but that’s fixable and I just laid a blanket over it, and the ac took a good while to cool the place down but I was here in July so that may just come with the territory. Other than that the place was great and easy to find when stumbling back from a night in Nashville. Thank you!

Overall this was an excellent stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again. The condo was very well appointed and decorated. Comfortable bed and lots of dishes and utensils, so it would be a great place for an extended stay. Very short walk to Vanderbilt and walkable even to downtown. The neighborhood is mostly a curious mix of gentrification and kind of rough. My only issue was that the walls are thin, not an issue for me but just something to be aware of.

This is a go to place if you want something away from Broadway. Comfortable to hang out and full kitchen. Two weeks there on business far better than any hotel.

This was a great place with the exception of the bed. It was so soft, we felt like we were absorbed by a marshmallow. Absolutely no support at all. Unfortunately, because of this, neither of us slept well any of the 4 days we were there. If you like an extra soft bed this is the place for you. This was a last minute trip for us and the place was supurb in every other way, just wish we could get some sleep.
