Very nice unit, total building is all ABNB rentals but quiet and clean. Kitchen was will stick with what you need to cook. The quality off the towels and bed linens could be improved

Had a great stay. Great location close to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. However the walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbors above and next to you. Overall a great stay.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to central park and mexican restaurant nearby. Uber to Broadway and 6th around 10 bucks. Can't beat it.

We had such a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Check-in was smooth, and everything went perfectly during our visit. The location was great, not too far of a drive from broadway or getting around. The little Nashville-themed touches made it extra special. We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back next time we’re in town!

My stay at this condo was very comfortable and enjoyable. The unit looked exactly like the photos, and the host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was excellent—conveniently close to all the attractions and activities we had planned. A couple of things to note: there were a few individuals who temporarily sought shelter under the garage area, but they didn’t cause any disturbance and were not present for long. Additionally, the main refrigerator was out of order during our stay, and a smaller beverage fridge was provided in its place. While this was helpful for drinks, it didn’t offer enough space to store leftover food. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was great, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Loved the apartment and neighborhood. There were two maintenance problems: the refrigerator didn’t work, and the toilet seat was patched together. Strange. To be fair, I didn’t report the problem with the refrigerator because I was slammed for time and didn’t really need it. Given their responsiveness otherwise, I feel sure the owners would have arranged for repairs in a timely fashion.

There were some issues. First there was no fitted sheet on the bed so sleeping was challenging. Second, there were no power towels anywhere in the unit. Third there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. Fourth the tub did not drain during showers so we were ankle deep each time we showered. Fifth there was a set of fake eyelashes left on the dresser

We loved our stay. The place was perfect for our 3 day visit to Nashville. My daughter had a skating event at the ice rink at the Centennial Sportsplex & the apartment was perfect location - only a 3 min drive. It was clean, spacious, & quiet. We were close to many grocery stores & restaurants. I was able to go for runs in the park directly from the apartment. I loved that there was a covered garage where we could park the car. The Airbnb was safe, convenient & cozy with everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

This apartment was perfect for our 4-night stay in Nashville. It was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to all the action. The space was just the right size for the two of us, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, the shower had amazing water pressure—a nice bonus!

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, and easy parking. Less then $15 Uber to Broadway. Walking distance to some restaurants. Easy walk to Vanderbilt campus.

Overall, this was a good experience. The apartment was very nice, plenty of space and amenities. We had no issues with locating the building, parking, getting in, etc. It was a nice location in town, and the apartment felt safe. The host was communicative leading up to our stay. The unfortunate part- when we arrived in Nashville, it was in the 30s outside (mid February) and the heat wasn't working. I let the host know, and they sent me copy and pasted messages until they could finally send someone "from the team" to come fix the heat 24 hours later. They didn't communicate when someone would be stopping by- we just got home from dinner and it was fixed. They didn't have helpful information for troubleshooting the broken thermostat, and they only had one extra blanket in the apartment. This was frustrating... I suppose that's the downside to booking an airbnb with a corporate "host" instead of an individual who's local. It did get fixed eventually, and the rest of our stay was nice.

I’ve stayed at this property twice now and it is extremely nice! They have private parking, it feel safe, and is in a quiet area. Uber was easy to utilize when necessary and they had no issues finding the location. Grand welcome was very accommodating to any needs we had and responded fast!

The location was great—next to a nice park, quiet. They provided a small fridge because the regular one wasn’t working. We needed towels and TP—they were very responsive and brought it right away. Laundry detergent was not provided, and the dryer wasn’t working. Overall a great space—but the little things not taken care of was frustrating.

I had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb, which was conveniently located close to everything I needed. The garage parking was a huge plus and made things easier. Unfortunately, the fridge wasn’t working, and there was only one small towel provided at first. The bed was also extremely soft, which might not be ideal for someone who prefers a firmer mattress. However, the 24/7 response team was helpful and delivered additional towels the next morning. Overall, a solid experience with some minor hiccups.

We did enjoy our stay in Nashville. Location is right across the centennial park where we walked to. There’s stores and restaurants just right outside. Very close to downtown/broadway. The apartment was really clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. I loved the security codes at the elevator which guaranteed a safe stay. Ample parking in the underground garage. Super quiet space. Everything about this space and our stay was 10/10. Would 100% recommend and rebook again.

This place was very spacious-both the living room and bedroom. The place is walkable to a lot of restaurants along with Centennial Park. The only issue was the elevator and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, which isn’t the host’s problem. The internet was not working when we arrived, but it was solved quickly. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable!!

Everything was exactly as pictured and advertised. Our only issue was resolved by management within an hour. Midtown location is great with easy access to downtown. Took daily walks on Vanderbilt campus and utilized nearby coffee shops.

We were in Nashville for a Vanderbilt reunion. The location of the apartment was great! We walked to several restaurants, Vanderbilt University and a Catholic church. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this rental.

The apt is beautiful, very well decorated - exactly as pictured. The location was convenient; close to Vanderbilt, which is what we wanted. The parking garage was a nice perk, i didn't realize it from checkin inst, but you can go straight up into the building from the garage. The neighborhood was fine.There are a number of good places to eat nearby. The Apt. had all the basics in the kitchen we would need for staying a weekend. Overall a really nice place I am not sure about guest reviews complaining about towels?There were enough towels for us. & if you wanted to, you can just dry your own towel in the dryer to reuse if damp. The one complaint I have and this is not the fault of the owners, but it IS an apartment and the 1st night we didn't hear any noise But the second 2 nights, whoever was upstairs from us decided to spend all night doing something that was akin to stomping. I had earplugs, and even then you can feel the vibrations. It was incessant! I don't know what they were doing! It would start about 1 a m and go on till about 7a.m. Needless to say, we did not get much sleep despite the comfortable bed. This made our days very difficult to get thru. I am in my late 40's & I need my sleep! Both my husband and I were completely exhausted...It took us a few days after getting home to recover. I am not exaggerating when I tell you It was almost impossible to sleep. Thankfully our daughter was oblivious. The futon is a little awkward not the most comfy, but ok for 12-yo.

This stay was amazing! I can't say enough about it. The welcome kit, the location, the size. Everything was what we expected and more. Its walking distance to the Uni & centennial park. It's a few minutes drive or ride share to any major attraction. There is great dinning a short stroll away. Grocery and other chain stores are only a few blocks. The rental is perfect for two people. My honey and I had more than enough room to stretch out. (you could fit 2 adults and a child or two, but I would find that too crowded). It was perfect for us. Communication was clear and quick. The passcode locks on the door and elevator made coming and going easy. It also has safe and covered parking included, which makes it a great value in Nashville! My love & I both agree, when it's just the two of us in Nashville we will only stay here.

I loved this cute and very solid apartment, located right on Centennial Park (great park) and near a lot of good food and convenience. This is a super well built apt w/ concrete floors () and super high ceilings. It is peaceful and quiet, too. Kept me safe and sleeping well through a week of strong storms.. i will most definitely book again when i return to nashville. Very responsive hospitality team, too. Thank you!

Great solid apartment right near Centennial Park. Kept me safe and was peaceful during the thunderstorms. Right near Local, so popped in to listen to music frequently. Easy uber to downtown. Everything you need (coffee shops, convenience stores is walking distance) So much good food around here: sun and fork; 51 mile. Perfect find for me— apartment was very well built (concrete floors , super high ceilings). There is a bathtub , which was a bonus. I will be staying here again!
