I rented this place while one of my parents underwent a procedure at Vanderbilt. This was during a horrific snow storm. Thankfully the power never went out. The host communicated everything to us to ensure that they could safely monitor for outages and other preventative measures. My parents are very neat so I communicated our concerns regarding some of the reviews. My parents informed me that the place was very clean. They stayed for a week and told me it felt like a home away from home. This was a very stressful time so to hear them say those words gave me comfort. The communication was fast anytime we had questions. Highly recommend this place.

Our place in Nashville was the perfect location. Very close to one of the busiest streets in town but amazingly quiet! Great walking at nearby Centennial Park, many restaurants and amenities nearby. Felt safe and secure.

Great place to stay! Easy to access, great location, quiet area, great amenities in the Airbnb. It probably could have been cleaner, as there were some stains on the curtains and hair on towels/bed spread when we arrived. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay for a trip to Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was right at the center of everything. The hosts were great and quickly communicated when needed. This location was clean. Not the cleanest B&B that we have stayed in, But clean enough. There was a designated parking area which was great. I would recommend this place.

This Airbnb was perfect to suit my needs. I was in town for a conference taking place at a hotel downtown. The nightly rate at this property was significantly lower than the hotel, as well as the nearby hotels -- even when factoring in the Uber rides back and forth. The place felt safe and secure and was easy to access with the codes they provided. It was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to sleep through the night. I honestly didn't spend any time there other than sleeping and showering. I felt everything worked out OK, so only being picky here, but if I had to make any complaints it would be about the bed (being too soft for my taste) and the shower, which instantly filled up and I had to stand in a couple inches of water as I showered. I would have preferred a better spread and more pressure for the shower, too, but again this is me being picky, not really a complaint because it wasn't terrible just not as good as I prefer. All said, a great place to stay!

Nice place to stay, less than a 10 minute drive to Honky Tonk Highway, lots of places to eat, Parthenon park is directly behind the AirBnb, other than all that it’s pretty loud you can hear music from outside and a lot of loud cars.

AirBNB in 30th street in Tennesee was tolerable .. althought are blankets and towes were stained from something bodily. The host did sent a cleaner over to adjust...only for the cleaner to not have what the host promised. NEW LINEN .. The cleaner did have this, but she did have a duvet for us to put our blanket that I washed upon arrival into.. stains on walls and dust in areas.. The place was small so it shouldn't have been hard to clean b4 arrival. lastly, on our last two night in Tennesee our elevator died. So as you can imagine we had to take the stairs, FROM THE 4TH FLOOR. Honestly wish I could have gotten some money back for the elevators alone..but they didnt offer. (atleast the host let us check in early) my simple rating 3STARS

This location is perfect! Easy to get to everything we wanted to see or do in Nashville, but wasn't super noisy or full of people like Music Row. It's an easy walk to Centennial Park and the Parthenon and Taylor Swift Bench. It's a quick drive to get to downtown proper with the music and bars. Easy drive to the Farmers' Market. The condo space was great; just as described. There's a great view from the bedroom window of the city skyline. The parking under the building was never full, but the spaces are tight.

I stayed in 3 of the units in this building over the course of a 3 month stay in Nashville, all managed by this company. All were very nice but this one was the best in terms of spaciousness and view. The location was convenient for where I needed to be for work and I loved the secured entry and covered parking. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The only critique is the closet is very small. A spare mattress is stored there with a lot of linens. I had to move the mattress to make room for my things, since there is no dresser.

Most aspects were great. Only complaints are a bit nitpicky. Parking spaces are too small, the building is not real soundproof to outside noise, although there isn’t a lot of that. Some vagrants in the area. But the unit was super clean, close to downtown and most areas we wanted to visit, and had nice views. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

There are great views of downtown and the Vanderbilt Tower from this fourth-floor rental's bedroom windows. There are a handful of restaurants and Centennial Park within easy walking distance. Most of Nashville proper is within 10-minute driving distance. Our only wish is that the bedroom had a dresser so we didn't need to live out of our suitcase. That and the kitchen is sparsely equipped. That said, the price was right for what it provided.

The condominium was clean and just as the photos depicted. The lobby had a foul smell, likely from the garbage that is down there that didn’t seem like it had been taken out but the unit itself was fine. My only small issue was I was not able to adjust the thermostat any for my comfort. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and loved the location as it was central to everything

So enjoyed the light spacious area! Comfortable furniture and cozy bed. The bathroom was beautiful. Very close to a great park with playground and plenty of walking spaces. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

We live in in East TN and frequently travel to Nashville. This West End loft apartment was great for my wife, teenage daughter and myself. We were specifically doing activities at the nearby Centennial Sportsplex and this was an ideal location. Walkable restaurants and coffee. Perfect for us. Oh, and the fact there is a parking spot is ideal.
