The living room offers comfortable sofa-style seating along with a smart TV for keeping up with episodes of your favorite stream-ready shows. The spacious kitchen can accommodate a crowd, fully equipped for all your mealtime needs with ample counterspace and cabinetry for meal preparation and storage. The wet bar will host the evening’s cocktail hour, whether you gather the group around the dining table for a night of games or head out to the deck for a quiet evening under the stars.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a full-size bed, and a TV.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Your reservation will include 1 parking pass. You can purchase a second pass for an additional $30. You’re allowed up to 2 parking passes in total and only one will be stamped for beach parking. Please request any additional passes at least 72 hours before your stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• This villa is located on the 2nd story. Stairs are required, no elevator available.
• The fireplace is not available for guest use.
