You’ll have the essentials you need for a smooth stay, including private laundry and parking. After a day on the hill or trails, fire up the BBQ grill and unwind. A TV in the primary bedroom makes it easy to relax before turning in.

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary, and cellular service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the private garage.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are available during your stay.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
