Gather in the living areas between adventures and enjoy simple, shared meals before heading out again. Outside, take advantage of the community amenities, including the hot tub, sauna, outdoor pool, and recreation room. You’ll have two parking spots with passes provided in the unit, plus access to a centrally located laundry building within the complex for added convenience.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: 2 parking spots are available. Parking passes are required to be displayed throughout your stay; passes are located in the unit.
• Laundry: This complex offers a centrally located laundry building for units without in‑unit machines.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning charges.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• If the home is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, we’ll automatically notify you. Late checkout may be requested within 24 hours of departure, is subject to availability, and is not guaranteed; additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
