When it’s time to unwind, head to the communal outdoor pool and hot tub, or make use of the convenient on-site coin-operated laundry. A dedicated storage closet gives you a handy spot to stash ski gear. WiFi is provided, and the condo’s mountain setting adds to the classic Mammoth vibe.

• Parking: Garage parking for up to 2 vehicles. There is 1 assigned space for the unit and 1 additional unassigned space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the complex.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Communal amenities: The complex offers an outdoor pool and hot tub.
• Gear storage: A storage closet is available for use as a ski closet.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning charges.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
