On-site, coin-operated laundry adds convenience for longer stays. You’ll also have the ease of garage parking for one vehicle.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: You will have 1 guaranteed parking space in the garage. A parking pass is required and will be located in the home upon arrival. A second space may be available on a first-come, first-served basis—availability is not guaranteed. Overflow parking is available during summer months only.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available on site.
• Wi-Fi/Cell Service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service in the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
Must be pre-approved.
If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees.
