The condo sleeps up to 6 across three private bedrooms and two full baths. You’ll have in-unit laundry for quick gear refreshes and parking for two vehicles. When you’re not out exploring, enjoy community amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and a game room with ping pong. It’s a practical home base to come and go with ease and recharge in between Mammoth adventures.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles is first come, first served. Parking passes are required and will be in the unit upon check-in. Please do not park in front of the clubhouse. No additional parking is guaranteed beyond what’s described.
• Stairs: Stairs are required within this home.
• In-unit washer and dryer are provided.
• Please do not burn candles or incense; smoke detectors are very sensitive.
• WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability for both WiFi and cellular service can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Thank you for understanding.
• Community amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, game room) are shared and managed by the HOA. Hours and availability may vary and are subject to maintenance.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
