The living area offers a casual spot to unwind, and WiFi is provided for planning your next adventure. You’ll also have free parking on site. When you’re not out exploring, take advantage of the community facilities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and a BBQ grill.

• WiFi and cell service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. Speed and reliability vary and are not guaranteed.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this apartment.
• Parking: 1 assigned parking space is included. Lettered spaces are first-come, first-served when available.
• Laundry: A communal washer and dryer are available in the complex/building.
• Community amenities: The pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym are communal. Hours and availability may vary and are managed by the HOA.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please do not bring pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of pets is found.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
