Soak in Ocean Views at Blair with Hot Tub!

Happy with this stay- very spacious for a Sea Ranch house! Not a quick walk to the beach for littles so I would suggest biking or a short drive. Closet is big enough in the primary suite for a pack n play but no door for the closet- light switches are all lowered and perfect reach for an 18 month old so that was an experience lol. The garden/hot tub area was a pleasant surprise. Great size kitchen too!

Spacious, comfortable home in great location. Walking distance from the coastal trail. Kitchen was well equipped and bedding comfortable. We had a couple of questions initially. The team responded immediately which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time relaxing at Sea Ranch! The home was beautiful and was just as described. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were on the firmer side which one family member found uncomfortable. Only wish was that there was information at the house on Sea Ranch itself and the surround area, such as beaches, the pools and info about the Lodge. Would not hesitate to rent this home again!

The spacious and well-located hotel offers a great view and a wonderful addition: a hot tub. However, there was an issue with the hot water, which was either non-existent or lukewarm in the master bedroom. Otherwise, we had adequate amenities including kitchen utensils and equipments, washer and dryer and bathroom amenities for our family of six. Despite this minor setback, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s convenient location near local markets and restaurants, along with the nearby hiking trails, made it an ideal choice for our trip. The host was very communicative and provided us with clear instructions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

This home in the Sea Ranch was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked with the basic essentials and best of all, easily walkable to a couple of great beaches, not to mention the beautiful winding bluff trail. We found it to be a great value for what it offered our family and really quite comfortable. The added bonus was the private entry courtyard where the hot tub was located. It was perfect for night star gazing without feeling like you would be a disturbance to others. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

If you’re looking to stay in Sea Ranch, but not spend as much as some of the nicer homes, this is a good fit. But you get what you pay for. We couldn’t shower because the showerhead was so old it threw off the highest pitch screetch at any temperature you set it on. The guest shower head is old too. Good layout for hosting two families, and walkable to bluff trails, pool across the street. Kind of loud with the main road behind you. They charged $100 for leaving a small amount of dishes in the sink and sand on the floor. We couldn’t get the dishwasher running most of the trip but did get it going right at checkout time- we left the rest of the house spotless like we weren’t even there so be prepared to pay extra if you don’t clean every inch of the house yourself. The print manual says leave the hot tub lid OFF at checkout (we assumed as a cleaning reminder?) but then got a message we would be charged for that. Wouldn’t stay here again, but good budget option.

The living room table had sharp edges, making it unsafe for toddlers who might bump into it. The barbecue grill was rusty, which can cause injuries or make the food unsafe to eat.

Our stay at Sea Ranch was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the serene beauty that surrounded us. The home we stayed in was great—comfortable, well-equipped, and so beautiful. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The views from the backyard are stunning. We even saw a Lynx on the property! The access to hiking trails was another highlight. We spent hours exploring the nearby paths, taking in the fresh air and the incredible natural beauty that Sea Ranch is known for. It was the perfect spot for anyone who loves being outdoors and immersing themselves in nature. There’s also a heated pool with access to a sauna right across the street. The Grand Welcome staff were so kind— incredibly responsive and welcoming. We loved staying here so much. Highly recommend this spot!

The home was beautiful and comfortable. We had ants in the master bath and the kitchen. There were ant traps that were totally full of dead ones. But none for us to use. We just wiped them up every morning. We wished that some ant traps would’ve been available for us to use. I will come back to this home but I would be more prepared. Bring my own kitchen towels, extra dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and ant traps. The bathrooms had a lot of body wash, shampoo and conditioner that was nice. It was a very nice home!

Our stay at this property was pleasant. The property was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the peaceful, partial ocean view. The location on the west side of Route 1 was very convenient for accessing the beach and coastal walks. Being towards the north of Sea Ranch & close to Gualala made trips to the shops fairly easy. We found it to be a good base for our travels and exploring the area. We would definately stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Sea Ranch. The home was set up nicely for our three generation group, with grandparents and young kids. The hot tub was large and worked great. The dining area was great for larger meals and games. And being across the street from the pool was a win, too. The house was clean and had such a lovely view. We arrived after historic rains that brought in lots of ants. The management company was responsive and sent more traps. They listened to our feedback and worked to smooth over any issues. Note for those with especially sensitive noses: the smaller queen bedroom smelled of stale smoke in the walls. It was only an issue for the extra sensitive, but no one else. And it would likely be fine in nicer weather with the windows open. All in all, we were happy with our stay and would love to stay on our next Sea Ranch adventure.

The place is well located, almost next door to the Del Mar swimming pool. it is well appointed, very nice insulation and has lovely lighting. And the communication is excellent.I did wish it had more views of the ocean but that's not the properties fault! Definitely recommend
