Aspen Creek #226 Year-Round Activities!

This unit is super comfortable and well sized. It has a nice fireplace and having a view of the Mountains from this second story unit is awesome. We had some issues with cleanliness and management is aware. If they did a deep clean on everything in all rooms the unit would be 5 stars. Having said that, support staff was very helpful and responsive and we found good value in staying at the unit. Walkable to lifts. Having assigned unground parking was excellent as well.

This stay was fine, kitchen had a lot of grease stains in it. Pillows had hair on them and the bathroom was a bit dirty. We asked them to clean the kitchen and bathroom + replace pillow cases. They cleaned the bathroom and pillows but the kitchen looked untouched. It was a fine place overall but it would've been a lot more welcoming if it was cleaner.

Place was amazing such a cozy spot and there is a lift 5 minutes away walking loved every minute wish i could've stayed longer

Clean linens and towels, sinks toilet and mirrors clean. Table in living room and dining room were clean. Kitchen appliances worked well, clean fridge. Nice pots and pans etc. Garbage disposal not working. Kitchen counter had some sticky food on it and an open bottle of water. The microwave was dirty, food splatters on walls and throughout the unit baseboards and above doors and shower tile trim around the top were filthy - black with years of not being cleaned. Fireplace worked very nicely the 2nd night - the first night we had no fire starter that should have been restocked so had to ask for some. Taking a shower if you touched the wall or shower doors it was sticky slimy with cleaning solution maybe not being rinsed. None of this was noticed until we cooked in the morning and showered. Cleaning person or company needs to do a thorough clean. If not for that we would stay again. Location amazing, condo quiet. It's above garage so floors very cold. Bring slippers.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for our snowboarding trip. The mud room made managing our gear very easy and keeping the living space without clutter. The bedroom was very roomy, and the bathroom setup with two separate sink areas made getting ready a breeze. Fireplace was a big plus, very easy to use and warm. The owners put a lot of care in what they have in the room and leaving clear instructions. Underground parking was a big plus when there was a fresh 4 ft snow dumped in mammoth during our trip. I will definitely look to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Walking distance to ski lifts, great restaurants nearby, and the unit was very cozy. We’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aspen Creek Condominiums. Our unit was very spacious and clean. I especially loved the kitchen with a huge fridge, induction stove and it had everything I needed to prepare our meals. The location was also very convenient for hiking places and it was less than an hour drive from Bishop. We will definitely come back when we have a chance to visit Mammoth Lakes in the future.

Really glad we chose this place. Found it to be spacious and comfortable. Also had a nice view of the pine trees and mountains. After driving through Mammoth Lakes town I am glad this place was in a more peaceful setting. I also liked having two large sinks, and the kitchen was well equipped. Good communication from the hosts too. Would go back. :)

Great place to stay for the summer, easy parking, addictive stone oven and a kitchen with fun gadgets like a spice grinder. Not to mention the bed was quite comfortable and spacious. Had a wonderful time! If you do get hot, bring your own portable AC or a fan.

The listing and area was amazing ! The only thing I would say was lack of a fan in the summer as the room would get a little hot and stuffy, though the windows and screens open really helped with airflow. It was so nice and cozy and my girlfriend and I enjoyed the listing so very much! We would absolutely stay here again!

I love staying at Aspen Creek Condos. They are ten minute walk to the Eagle lift and away from the traffic of in town. Peaceful with great views. Underground parking is plus in the winter. The condos are older and a bit dated, depending the unit. But the big plus is they were built when having space was the norm. The units are roomy and comfortable.

The condo was clean and conveniently located to town. The heaters and fireplace provided excellent warmth. The only room for improvement are the mattresses are not comfortable and the pillows do not provide adequate support. Outside of the owner’s control, the walls are very thin so the noise from renter’s above can be intrusive to sleeping.

Had a fantastic stay and will be back. Was perfect for a getaway weekend for my friend and I. Hot tub was incredible and private most of the time. Sauna is a nice touch. Fireplace. So close to Eagle Lodge. Felt more like a home than a hotel would have. Grateful for a wonderful stay and incredible time!

The location was perfect and the unit was nice. I liked how the bathroom is split with a separate vanity in the primary room and one outside for the guest who might sleep in the living room. The kitchen appliances could use updating. Throw the old broken small appliances away and get a blender, baking pan and cookie sheet. Also suggest smart TVs and updated board games. Everything else was pretty good. Thank you!

Came to snowboard and location was perfect for it. Main complaint was the unit clearly isn’t being cleaned properly between guests.There were used tissues behind the bed, toothpick by the fire place, so much hair in the bathdrain, and just generally dirty in most corners. They offered to come clean but I wasn’t comfortable having someone in the space with my things, which brings me to my last issue. I messaged them letting them know there was no salt as started in the listing. Then it seems two separate people responded. The first apologized and asked for permission to enter the unit to bring some by. I requested for them to leave it at the door. The second person said it was no longer being supplied even though it was listed as an amenity. The next day I was out running errands and returned to find that they had entered the unit without my permission and left it in the kitchen. While I appreciated them bringing it I am not happy they disobeyed my request to leave it outside.

30 years staying at AC. 226 was overall a nice place and very functional. Pretty clean! Hopefully helpful ecommendations: New throw rugs. Better pillows. One additional warm blanket. Improved instuctions on turning heat on and living room TV. Chemicals used to clean condo give a strong odor iniitially when entering condo and especially in the refrigerator. In summary we would stay there again. Thank you for your overall communication and customer support.

Unit was very clean and great location. Check in required picking up and dropping off a key off site which was inconvenient. Could be easily solved with a smart lock. Hearing unit was intermittently noisy, could need servicing. WiFi instructions were inaccurate but management handled all issues promptly. Property management co was quite professional and responsive.
