Great location! What more do you need for a few days on the slopes. Great host, very responsive. Will probably go back next year.

Very cozy place, great location. Great for 3-4 people wanting to get a ski weekend. Only negative was that they didn't provide enough bed linnens for all the beds and some things were a bit dirty, for instance, the fire stove wasn't cleaned out and the carpet could use some cleaning.

The place was located near the Village. Which was a big plus for us because we were able to get around without having to drive. The place was clean and organized when we got there. However, we had issue with getting in the garage. The code provided to us was incorrect so we end up going in when the other car opened the door. The location of the unit was not clearly stated so it took me some time to locate the unit. When we got inside the unit, the heater in the bedroom wasn’t working. Luckily there was a stand alone heater but it was hard to use when I had my toddler walking around the place.

Great place to stay the only problem I had was that they gave me the wrong codes for the building and my family was outside in the cold for 15/20 minutes but apart from that it was a great stay

A great place to stay very close to The Village. We always stay in Fireside at the Village since my parents rent there. Available firewood and kindling which was perfect for the surprise snow. The bed is hard as a rock though so if that’s not your jam beware. They are very responsive hosts and very friendly.

Overall a good place to stay. Instructions on the listing and the welcome message were different. Requires 3 different codes to access garage/building/front door. Had an excessive amount of tv remotes with zero instructions lol Very outdated thermostats

I've stayed here in the past, and again this time. Everything went smoothly as anticipated - they're basically a well-oiled machine. The place was clean, and it's located next to the village, so you can easily walk right over there. And guests may like to know that parking is in a parking garage, so your vehicle is protected from the elements. Also, all the bus/shuttles rotate through the village, so you can leave your car in the garage, and just use the bus/shuttles to get wherever you want to go. Instructions are on the bus signs, and/or you can also download the Transit app too.

Super close to the village. Place was clean and had the basics we needed (I always pack my own basic cooking needs like oil, seasonings). Water pressure was great. We went in the spring and the heater was sufficient. Dining table and chairs were wobbly and could use some maintenance. Also, one thing I wish the property managers gave us is a map of the property that’ll tell me where is the exit door relative to the parking space, where is the building relative to the garage, how to get to the village on foot and would have been nice to know there’s a loading area too.

We had a great stay at this place in Mammoth! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the village and really close to the gondola, which made skiing super convenient. The condo was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially enjoyed the easy-to-use fireplace and heating system, which kept us warm after a day on the slopes. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a big plus, and the pool was nicely heated. Overall, it was a great value for the price. We’d definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time at Fireside 107, perfect mid spring ski session. Condo is great, full amenities, TV access, laundry. Absolutely love the location, only 2-3 minute walk from condo to village gondola! Would love to stay here again.

Cozy 1 bedroom condo walking distance to downtown restaurants. Comfortable bed and pull out sofa, good indoor size for 3 people. Kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking. Overall great place for a long weekend and recommend

I understand why there are poor reviews but easy updates would make this place amazing. First. No coat rack or place to hang wet stuff so that’s why carpet is soaking wet after each visit and smells dank and musty. Second parking is underground but it’s a long walk to it so get ready to haul. Heaters work but are old and have a nice smell too. Enjoyed our stay but easy improvements can make this better.

Hi there. Satisfaction is comparing what one expected to what it really is. I have stayed in the Village in Mammoth many times, so I simply assumed that this will be a modern place like the other ones I stayed at, based on the "dot" on the map; as the listing did not make it clear that this is an old building adjacent to the new ones. So, we were quite disappointed with the place, especially the hallway is not in a good condition, kind of moldy/smelly. The apartment itself is kind of ok, not worth the money though, despite the location. The description how to get from the parking to the apartment is not good. Lastly, the management seems to be inflexible. E.g. Asking for the car staying for a while longer to early afternoon in the assigned parking spot on the last day was not granted, for no obvious reasons; despite next check-in would have been only at 4 pm. Remark: I believe this is my first time to rate below 4 overall.

don't understand the negative reviews. place was clean, communication was excellent, everything was as stated in the listing. the apartment is right by the bottom of the gondola, even closer than we had thought. parking was not as easy to find, but wasn't that difficult it was just due to the significant snow storm. would stay again!

This was a nice place that was right in Mammoth Village, which was what we were looking for. We were able to cook meals decently well with the supplies in the kitchen, and everything seemed clean in there. Everything worked in the apartment as expected. The couch bed needed to be cleaned (it had crumbs on it when we opened it), and the linens were clean but had old stains on them. Overall, though, this was a good place to stay for a few nights.

Condo is located in an excellent location just steps away from the gondola, bus stop, and Village. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials for making home-cooked meals. Game room and pool/sauna was conveniently located the next building over. The unit had strong WiFi, board games, and Xbox console that kept the family entertained during the evening. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely rebook for my next family trip.

All in all the stay was pleasant. Could have used directions where the unit was relative to the complex. Would have brought a few more kitchen condiments from home but received a message prior to our stay not to bring much of anything as kitchen was well equipped. The unit didn't even have salt. Instructions on how to use tv's would have been nice as previous visitor had left tv settings requiring "trial and error" to get living room tv to work. Couldn't get bedroom tv to play "live" tv. Could have used more bath towels and washcloths for a 4 night stay. And last but not least.....could use a better quality toilet paper as what is there is "scratchy".
