Sleeping space is flexible: the primary bedroom holds a Queen bed, and the loft upstairs adds two more Queen beds—great for families or friends traveling together. A washer and dryer are tucked away for handling ski layers or swimsuits between adventures.
When you’re not out exploring, enjoy community amenities (seasonal): a pool, hot tubs, sauna, BBQ stations, and a recreation room with a pool table.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs: The home has stairs, and the loft is upstairs.
• WiFi: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Parking: Outdoor lot parking for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicles throughout your stay; passes are located inside the unit.
• Community amenities: The pool, hot tubs, and BBQ stations are open only during the summer and are managed by the HOA; availability may vary. A sauna and recreation room with a pool table are also on-site.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
