🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo.
• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Horizons 4 HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities are generally available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ grills are typically available during the summer season.
• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly in accordance with HOA rules. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.
• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT-05960-0071.

Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Had minor issue checking in after I was provided a wrong door code. Luckily, host responded quickly with new code. Overall, the condo was acceptable however the place is in need of new carpet.

I will not stay there again. Pros: Bedding was clean. Fridge was clean. Plenty of towels and condiments. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Prefect location. Cons: Property is very old and it shows. I don't recall staying in something this old. Looks like the walls were not repainted for a decade or more. But most terrible looking was carpet. It looks like it more than ten years old with a decade or more of accumulated stains. Window shades fall of every time I tried to close them. In leaving room, one window was washed and another dirty.

We appreciated the central location near Vons, with easy transportation connections around town. The few minor problems (some missing initial dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and clock batteries) were resolved quickly. And it's nice to have the pool and jacuzzi in the summer!

Great, clean property very close to the town center with effortless check-in/out and a responsive host. Note that the carpets had a few stains, and the toilet can be a bit sensitive (we had a minor clog early on that we fixed ourselves since we were leaving soon). Otherwise, a fantastic stay and a great location!

Besides the heat not working in the main living room, everything was fine. Fireplace in the room helped keep warm with sufficient wood on the balcony if needed. Overall, a decent stay. Just not fun to show up and not have the heat working. However, hosts were responsive and dropped off two electric space heaters to help keep warm. Old electrical didn’t hold with both heaters plugged in but that’s what comes with an older condo in a mountain town.

This was the perfect spot for my near month-long stay in Mammoth. This spot is perfectly located along Mammoth’s main drag, while simultaneously far away enough from the busiest parts of town so as to feel I had my own personal space. I was a short walk from a wide array of different cafes, bars, and restaurants. I was not in Mammoth to take advantage of the skiing/snowboarding, but shuttle access to the mountain was also a short walk away. The hosts were very responsive, getting back to me about questions and concerns promptly. They made me feel very welcome in their unit and their town, and I cannot thank them enough for accommodating me during my stay.

I've stayed at the horizon 4 for many years in different rooms. in my honest opinion, this place needs a lot of work. the bathroom is leaking from the shower, the bathroom floor is cracking. the carpet and the sliding door are old and broken. I did enjoy the location and all the amenities condo came with which made packing really easy. I think if they were to update this place and have it cleaner it would definitely be a five-star. however, for the value this place met our needs for my little girls and wife.

Property was clean and in a good location. We come to Mammoth often and this was a good price. The bunk bed mattress are extremely hard and difficult to sleep on but the main bed is comfy. Toilet can use an update, It's extremely slow to flush and clogs very easily. Front door entry was not working all the time. Some times it took several tries for it to unlock. Overall I would stay here again but for 2 people comfortably. Having a 3rd or 4th to sleep on those bunk bed mattresses would be uncomfortable.

The place was overall great. Im not a picky person so to me personally it felt perfect for what I needed. Just a few things that maybe I would change would be the pillows for the beds because they were a little flat for my liking and some random box that was buzzing but was removed the next day, was never told what that was. Other than that the stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend and come again in the future.

Brandon’s place was in a great location! It was Minutes away from Eagle Lodge which is in my opinion a great start to a mammoth trip for skiing. The property was also next to the transit station that leads you right into the village. The rooms itself were comfortable and could easily fit comfortably 4 people. Having two vanities was a great plus for getting ready in the morning. However, parking can be mildly difficult if more than one vehicle were needed to park.
