A full kitchen makes simple meals a breeze, with a dining table just steps away and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for staying connected.
Sleeping is straightforward and flexible: a private bedroom with a Queen bed and TV, a bonus alcove near the entry with a Twin-over-Twin bunk (great for kids), plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. A shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
At Horizons 4, you’ll also enjoy community amenities: a year-round hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry facilities, plus a seasonal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations in summer.

Important Things to Note
• Pet policy: This home and complex are not pet-friendly.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the home.
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit upon arrival. No additional parking is guaranteed beyond what’s described here.
• Communal amenities: The HOA manages the pool, hot tub, sauna, rec room, tennis court, picnic area, BBQ stations, and laundry. Availability is subject to the HOA and local conditions. Pool, tennis, picnic area, and BBQ stations are typically summer-only; hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry are available year-round.
• Shuttle & location logistics: The nearby Green Line shuttle provides convenient access to Eagle • Lodge and The Village (winter service). You’re also a short drive to Snowcreek Golf Course (seasonal), parks, and shopping at Minaret Village/Vons and The Village at Mammoth.
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, internet and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
