Description Description
The green line shuttle, a free service, stops nearby and travels to and from the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Hiking and biking trails, golfing, and exquisite shopping are all a short car ride away.

You'll enter from the main floor where the living room has an expansive leather sectional couch placed in front of a flat-screen TV and stone fireplace. The fireplace is great after a chilly day of skiing and snowboarding. Set the perfect ambiance as you curl up on the couch. A DVD player and wifi are provided for your entertainment.

There is plenty of counter space and updated appliances for a chef to prepare yummy treats and gourmet meals. 4 seats can be found at the breakfast bar. When dinner is ready to be served, call everyone over to the dining table with 6 more seats. Eat a home-cooked meal while spending quality time together.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, small sitting area, TV, and attached bathroom for privacy. The guest bedroom down the hall has a Queen bed, TV, and an attached bathroom. Upstairs is a lofted room perfect for the kids with 4 Twin beds. A third full bathroom is available for all guests to share.

There are 2 outdoor parking spots and this home is on the 2nd floor of a condo building (stairs are required to enter the home). The shared clubhouse has a game room and laundry facilities are available for longer visits. The tennis court and BBQ stations are only open during the summer.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Me and my friends had a great time. It was very spacious for 8 people. The couch is big and the balcony is nice. Close drive to the mountain and to the grocery. I would definitely stay again.

Very cozy and had a great heating system that kept the whole cabin warm! I really liked the layout and the high ceiling, it was also pretty walkable from the plaza with all the stores. Something to keep in mind is that the master bedroom shower and top floor shower are kind of tight but it’s not much of a big deal. Overall I really enjoyed my stay

Beware! Don't rent this unit nor use Grand Welcome
First impression: Older unit, Internet is terrible(tv is all streamed-kept going out, no cable), pans were so scratched up, it is toxic to use, cobwebs in the rafters, no firewood, humidifier doesn't work, barely have any coffee mugs, make sure to bring your seasoning if you're going to cook. They have a fancy sensor garbage can and newer cooking utensil which should have been invested in better pans and faster internet. During our stay, they had a PLANNED power outage all day. We had zero electricity which means the electrical stove didn't work, no hot water, no heat. All the food in the freezer spoiled, and no internet( which even if they had power we barely get reception). It was a very cold windy day so the place was freezing. The management company kept telling us it's not their fault cuz they weren't notified. It is require SCE notifies someone who manages or owns that unit of any planned outage. We as a customer should not have to pay for the miscommunication btw the management & owner for not having power. We are paying for proper accommodations. If we knew there was going to be a planned outage at this complex, we would have never rented this unit. The Grand Welcome doesn't even attempt to make the situation better. If Grand Welcome was a descent business they would have refund us for the day, at least partial for the inconvenience or offer us something to make things right. All they offer is "They weren't notified so it wasn't their fault". Terrible business ethics. Be very careful renting from this management company!

Regarding the planned power outage, unfortunately this event was initiated by Southern California Edison without prior notice to either us or the property management team. We completely understand how inconvenient that was, especially given the cold weather, and we sympathize with the disruption it caused. While we wish we could have prevented the outage, we were not informed in advance and therefore unable to take proactive measures. We’ve since followed up with the utility company and our property management partner to ensure we receive better communication about any future outages. Additionally, we’ve reviewed your comments about kitchen items and cleanliness with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure these concerns are promptly addressed and improvements are made. We truly value guest feedback like yours—it helps us make meaningful improvements. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the quality stay we strive to deliver.

Our family had a reunion here, renewing a tradition of spending a week in Mammoth every summer for over two decades. We actually rented two condos in this complex to accommodate everyone, but this is the unit I stayed in with my wife and my son's family of five. The bedrooms were spacious, the loft with four beds and a 3/4 bathroom, was perfect for the kids. The kitchen had just about everything you could need to cook and we did cook every evening, including using the BBQ outside. The condo was well located, near the town's largest grocery store and many of its restaurants. You can easily get in and out of town from the condo and get to the Village, the lakes, and ski resort in minutes. The pool was not heated but the spa worked great. The furnishings are not new but in great shape and comfortable. The living room accommodated all of us watching movies together. We will indeed look to rent this unit again in the future.

Great place to stay at in city of Mammoth and very close to lots of places to eat and shop. Everything was within a 5 minute drive. Would highly recommend again.

The place is very family friendly. We loved the aesthetic of the room and all the basic needs provided from bathroom to bedroom to kitchen. We loved how responsive the host and how detailed the instructions they are giving. Big thanks to Rebecca for helping us to get our keys and for giving us a wine. We had a blast July 4th celebration.

My group had a lovely stay! Grand Welcome was very responsive to our questions and accommodating for our late check out request. Place was easy to find with ample parking and a great location to have a short drive to the resorts. Apart from the wi-fi not working at times while there, we enjoyed the space. It was cozy and we enjoyed access to the sauna and hot tub. Overall, our group had a great time staying here!

Grand Welcome provided clear and proactive instructions leading up to and throughout our stay, so the check in/out process was a breeze. The condo itself was great, very spacious for 2 families of 4 with young kids (ages betwen 4-6). The amenities were very adequate for our needs, and we especially enjoyed access to the large hot tub in the Sunshine Village community. The location was really great for our ski trip, just a short drive to the various lodges on Mammoth Mountain, as well as close to downtown Village area. The unit is definitely a little dated but it was all fine, though some of the lights/fixtures do need replacing and switch placement was confusing at times. This was very minor impact though, and we overall very much enjoyed our experience because everything else provided us with a smooth and hassle-free lodging experience that allowed our ski trip to be excellent.

Great location near bus stop to the village, house was comfortable for 8 people, plenty of parking. Some minor complaints, initially was given the wrong key but messaged the team and got a response fairly quickly, WiFi was really slow and almost unusable during certain hours, water pressure was also a let down but we had hot water hot water
