On-site community amenities include hot tubs and a sauna for a post-adventure unwind, plus outdoor BBQ grills when you’re in the mood to cook outside. You’ll also find convenient laundry facilities in the complex. Inside the unit, a DVD player is available if you want to wind down with a movie.

• Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle is available directly across from the building. A parking pass is required and will be provided inside the unit.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Communal amenities and hours (subject to change/seasonal):
• Upper Amenity Area: Spa, sauna, and restrooms are open daily 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; laundry is open 24/7.
• Lower Amenity Area: Spa is open daily 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; laundry is open 10:00 AM–10:00 PM.
• WiFi and cell service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Dispose of all trash in dumpsters located through out the complex.
Turn off all lights and lock front door.
