Tons of Amenities! Ski In Ski Out!

Really lovely place, can’t go wrong with beaver run in terms of location but the room itself was above other rooms we stayed at in the past. Everything was clean as usual but the owner had provided above and beyond in terms of amenities.

I’ll start with the elephant in the room. After a 14 Hour drive we were told we had no reservation. With small kids this was very scary and although it was resolved, they have to do something about communication between the host and the resort. After that was resolved our stay could not have been more perfect. The location is phenomenal tucked away so you have peace and quiet but close enough to all the action that you’re a 10 minute walk away. The apartment has been upgraded beautifully. So it’s actually better than the pictures. If you have children, this place is so much fun. From a fantastic arcade. To a great pool. Wet&Dry Sauna. Fantastic gym. Staff always around cleaning the place immaculately. They have a really inexpensive laundromat that we did our laundry at. The kitchen was so well stocked. I was able to make phenomenal meals while there. The Breckenridge farmers market had incredible produce that I could cook with. Bring your own chef knife, five stars!!!

Well located in Beaver Run Resort with easy access to Beaver Run lift and ski school area. Convenient ski locker included. Unit was clearly recently updated and kitchen was really well stocked with supplies for cooking/dining in. Beds were comfortable. Spacious and easily fit our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Check in/check out was easy at main lobby. Parking was convenient and indoors. Would definitely stay here again.

Not great at communicating, had to wait over an hour to get checked in because Airbnb reservations don’t go into their system.

We loved our stay at Beaver Run. Located within building 1 at Beaver Run, we had easy access to the slopes out the door of the building and it was easy to navigate within the connected walkways to other parts of the building for access to restaurants, hot tubs, game rooms, etc. Not listed in the description was access to a ski locker, which is right inside from the Beaver Run lift. We were able to fit 4 skis/poles a snowboard in it, which was super convenient each day. Our family of 5 found there to be enough space for us to comfortably stay - making use of the 2 beds and the pull out sofa. The unit was recently updated (except parts of the bathroom, which need updating) and we enjoyed relaxing on the comfy couch playing games when not on the mountain. Given the convenience to access the trails almost out the door and easy 5-10 minute walk to town, we'd stay here again!

Should have been transparent that there is no air conditioner. This was only a problem one day when the room reached 84 degrees and was difficult to cool down.Some sort of orientation sheet would have been very helpful. For example, it took me a while to find the sheets for the pull out bed. Otherwise, a decent place to stay. The spa was fine. Hot tubs on the deck were nice. The kitchen had everything i needed.
