• Stairs: This is a multi-level home and stairs are required. Please review photos to ensure it meets your accessibility needs.
• Parking: Space for up to 4 vehicles — 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Please plan accordingly.
• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Shuttle (seasonal): The Highland Greens shuttle typically runs in winter, generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with hourly pickups at the end of the driveway, and service typically ends in mid-April. The shuttle is seasonal, and dates of operation may not match the resort’s calendar; schedules are subject to change.
• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
