Perfect Getaway Cabin with Nearby Hike&Bike Trails

Nice Quaint little tiny home located in RV Park with a number of other "cabin" tiny homes... The clubhouse courtyard was magical still lit up with Christmas.. lights. Our host was extremely responsive and kind and managed all of our concerns ! Lots of hiking trails for Sully and I while hubby hit the slopes! I would recommend bringing extension cords for charging phones watches etc..Enjoy!

Location was great! Airbnb was as it looked in the pictures. The only thing was that our bedding from the bedroom had stains and was dirty.

The home and location are great. The staffing managing this rental is responsive. There was a fluke situation during my stay, but they were very responsible and made it right with me. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay close to downtown Breck, this is a break option

Overall it was nice, but the loft was off limits and that wasnt diclosed beforehand. The pictures showed the loft in small detail, so we were expecting to be able to use it. Also we had to contact the owner to get the codes to get into the gate and the door. There was no message or email sent to us with this information. Besides these details, it was a decent stay. We did love the heated floors especially.

My husband and I spent our anniversary there and absolutely loved it!! Close to trails, water, and a wonderful community. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The cabin was filled with everything we needed and the host was so attentive, friendly, and easy to work with. We will absolutely stay again!! Thank you for the hospitality and beautiful memories!

My fiance and I stayed here for our 4th year anniversary and as a celebration to our recent accomplishments. This cabin was the perfect mix of rustic and outdoorsy while having the amenities, running water, a small but capable kitchen, a wrap around deck that makes it easy to step outside and enjoy the stay sway of the aspen trees interrupted by chirps by the bird house in tree next door. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a quite nice place to stay while having all the amenities of home. Would 100% stay again soon.

The location of the Airbnb was great- located equally between Breckenridge and Frisco allowing for quick access to different restaurants and activities. The RV park itself was very quiet and well maintained. HOWEVER, the main issue experienced was a neighborhood water shut off for 36 of the 66 hours we were staying there. This is out of control of the host, but we were not notified of this until after we checked in. The host did try to gaslight me and said they let us know beforehand about the water shut off, but they were incorrect. This meant we were without running water- no shower, toilet, or drinking water, and required us to travel into town to use the facilities and purchase drinking water. In addition to this, we lost power overnight. I requested a refund, because at this point tent camping would have been the equivalent, but was only refunded 30% of one day’s rate. This was very disappointing.

We had a great long weekend at the cabin! It was cozy, quaint, and super close to downtown Breckenridge as well as a number of hikes. We enjoyed sitting on the porch playing games and drinking coffee. The only thing is the bed is quite small - the listing says it’s a queen but it seems more like a full. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

This place is very cute but it is SMALL. Traveling with 2 adults, a baby and a dog we were cramped. Our child’s pack n play would not fit in the bedroom so we had to move him to sleep in the kitchen. The fold out couch was fairly comfortable but eliminated almost all the space in the living room. The keyless entry did not work so we needed to use the key the entire trip, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The door handle for the screen door was also broken. More kitchen supplies would have been nice for our longer stay but we made it work. The porch was amazing to let our dog out and the neighborhood was so nice to take a walk around. I would recommend this place to a party of 2 max.

There are 2 reasons it is not 5 star. 1st parking area was filled in with snow hard time parking there. 2nd the area ran out of water and cut off the water for 24 hours. neither one of these is controlled by the host, they where as helpful as they could be. so be aware of these issues if you come to stay in the winter busy season. Again this is no fault of the host.

I can’t even describe how good this Airbnb was. By far the best hostess super helpful responded really quick to everything and the air bnb was super clean had very modern utilities and is very well kept everyone who stays nearby was super friendly aswell the air bnb is very spacious and has everything u need will definitely be coming back and recommend to family and friends thank you !!

Very clean and updated. The mattress was horrible which made each day tougher and tougher without sleep. I tried to sleep on the couch and that was worse than the bed. The couch has so little cushion you couldn’t even rest your arm on the end. A box of Kleenex would be ideal along with a throw blanket for the couch.

We're 6'4" and 5'10" it took about 2 days to adjust to the smaller than average size space, but after the adjustment period... wow - what an awesome time we had!!! Had a friends from Denver spend the night on the pull-out couch the night before a powder dump day... very comfortable stay/sleep and I was able to shovel plenty of space for his full size dodge truck and my Toyota Tacoma to both be parked completely off the road in the driveway. Very private despite how small the chalet lot sizes are - very well designed/layed-out!!! I would love to stay here or within tiger run resort again next year and for may more to come... or just buy a place here!!!
