The main living areas provide space to gather, share meals, and plan tomorrow’s adventures. Step outside to fire up the outdoor BBQ grill or unwind with a soak in the hot tub. You’ll have WiFi for staying connected and garage plus driveway parking for hassle-free arrivals.

• Stairs: This townhouse has stairs; please see photos to ensure it’s a good fit for your group.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and area-wide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can be spotty across town as well.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly.
• The laundry room with washer/dryer is available for your use
• Trash removal is available close to the unit. A code will be provided to you after booking.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
