Perfect for groups traveling together, this first-floor configuration gives you three private suites, each with its own ensuite bath, smart TV, and workspace. The vibe blends playful design with comfort—think statement murals, chandeliers, and ornamental fireplaces (decorative only).
You’ll have use of the shared kitchen and dining area, as well as an upstairs sitting lounge, which are communal spaces shared with guests staying in the upstairs suites. Suite 102 offers a private front porch that’s great for morning coffee and people-watching, and there’s outdoor seating on site for fresh-air breaks. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and settle in at writing or roll-under desks when it’s time to work.

Parking is easy with a first-come, first-served lot behind the building and additional free street parking nearby.

• Suite 102 (first floor): Two sleeping areas separated by partial privacy walls—1 king bed and 1 queen bed (sleeps 4), two smart TVs, two writing desks, private front porch. Ensuite bathroom with deep jetted Japanese-style tub.
• Suite 103 (first floor, accessible): Two sleeping areas separated by partial privacy walls—1 king bed and 1 queen bed (sleeps 4), two smart TVs, roll-under desks, ornamental fireplace with modern seating area. Ensuite bathroom with roll-in shower and roll-under sink.
Bathrooms
• Bathroom 1 (Suite 101 ensuite): Clawfoot tub with handheld shower.
• Bathroom 2 (Suite 102 ensuite): Deep jetted Japanese-style tub.
• Bathroom 3 (Suite 103 ensuite): Roll-in shower and roll-under sink (accessible).

Important Things to Note
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Shared spaces: The kitchen and dining area, plus the upstairs sitting lounge, are communal and shared with guests in the upstairs suites.
• Sleeping layout note: In Suites 102 and 103, the king and queen sleeping areas are separated by partial privacy walls and are not fully enclosed bedrooms.
• Suite 101 bath: The clawfoot tub includes a handheld shower; it’s charming but less modern than a standard shower.
• Ornamental fireplaces: Fireplaces are decorative only and not for use.
• Parking: Up to 6 unassigned, first-come parking spaces are available in the rear lot, including 1 handicapped-accessible space. Additional free street parking is available nearby. Parking is shared with other guests in the building.
• Security cameras: Exterior cameras are located at the front and back doors. Interior hallway-only cameras monitor common entry areas: two downstairs over the entry door and two upstairs (one over the back door and one above the entryway to the lounge). There are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any suites.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
