The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (double ovens, microwave, 6-burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher) Keurig and drip coffee makers, and more. The laundry room includes full size washer and dryer.

The backyard is a private, fenced-in space with BBQ, rocking chairs and dining table for 8 where you can listen to the ocean waves and sea lions bark.
