Perfectly located house. Saved us an hour by cutting the long lines to enter Yosemite park. Peaceful surroundings. Clear check in and check out instructions. Nearby EV charging station was a plus point. Spacious rooms and a good kitchen. The house has all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay.

We (6 adults) stayed here May 15-20 and had the most wonderful time. The home's listed amenities were accurate and we found even more amenities that helped us... rice cooker and blender to name a few! the kitchen amenities really surprised us in a most positive way. We were able to make home cooked meals for the duration of our stay!! We really loved the two-level accommodation. Our elderly parents who could not navigate the stairs were able to enjoy a beautiful room with their own private bathroom on the main floor. We just truly enjoyed our stay and felt at comfortable! I recommended this place and will definitely return here for future Yosemite trips!!

Great place to stay during our Yosemite trip. Warm and quiet! Particularly enjoyed the heating power of the heater. Great location for getting into the Yosemite Valley. The driveway can easily park two cars. Plenty of sleeping spots for a big family or a big group of friends.

Great location within Yosemite Park. Host was very helpful and responsive when we had a minor issue with checkin. The house was as described and clean and comfortable for our group of 5.

This is a great location to stay, and is approximately 45 mins drive to the Park. It certainly would be helpful especially during the peak season. The house was absolutely amazing and very spacious to accommodate our extended family of 8. It was very clean and stocked with enough supplies even for a cold weather we experienced during our recent stay. There's a convenience store close by, and it's helpful if you miss something. Highly recommended for cleanliness and homely feel, prompt communication, and support.

Excellent location inside the park, very quite with good hiking routes directly from the home. Swinging bridge is about 1 mile away. House well setup with a welcome package. Only issue we had was the blinds in one of the rooms where not there but a good alarm to get up when the sun raises. Google maps takes you to behind the home so you will need to navigate your way to the front door. Ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Kitchen well equipped. Well represented in pictures. All rooms had heated blankets available which was a nice touch. Good location to go to different points in the park.

We enjoyed the large tables off the kitchen and on the deck that seated 7 of us easily. The traeger grill was excellent and cooked the juiciest brats. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms had heat lights if needed in the early morning. Everything was clean and in working order. Only suggestion would be to mount the TV in the living room lower. We had to slide the furniture back in order to watch a movie comfortably. The location inside the park in Wawona was great for visiting Mariposa Grove just south of us and Yosemite Valley to the north. We also discovered a great little trail along the river with a swinging bridge and large rock formations that was at the end of our road with a nice parking lot.

We really enjoyed the stay, especially after finding the swimming hole near the swinging bridge! The house could use some upgrades, especially in the kitchen, but it was nice to have many bathrooms and beds! Would recommend, especially since there seems to be a limited supply of home rentals within the park. It is quite the drive to/from the valley, but a nice place to stay!

Good location, about 50 minutes to the Yosemite Valley. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The kitchen was a bit crowded when cooking and ants would come within minutes if you left anything in the sink. The water and ice maker in the fridge did not work. Beds were very soft and pillows were low quality, I recommend brining your own pillow. We also experienced ants is the showers. Overall a good place and I would stay again.

The house it's beautiful and in a great location! I'll definitely stay there again. I just need to mention two things that in my opinion will make this house the best place to stay. One, it would it be nice to have extra fans since it was a bit hot at night. Second it would it be nice to be able to use the garage to put the luggage and all our items in. Since we were a big group, we felt very squeeze in the living room with all the items we carried.

Overall it was good and as described. The location is nice and the easy river access was enjoyed by all. Options for food in the area is very limited, so having a limited stocked kitchen when you need to cook several meals was a bummer. Many missing cooking utensils - no mixer/whisk/one cutting board etc. also the ants showed up in force and needed to be managed daily. The apartment in the garage felt a little strange as shoes were visible so it felt like someone might show up. However, we stay again in the same spot but come better prepared for our cooking.

Overall a pretty nice place. The neighborhood is a few modern and some older houses built in a rarely allowed spot - within a forest right on the southern edge of Yosemite. Beds were comfortable, place is nice so if you want to be in Yosemite, in your own place, this is it.

Stayed here with a family of five. Was one of the few places I found that could accommodate us all with our own beds. The house was clean and comfortable. We cooked a couple meals and had breakfast everyday there. I gave a 3 on the location as you need to drive 45-60 minutes through the mountains to get to the main areas of Yosemite. Obviously this is not the hosts fault as I neglected to investigate exactly where in relation to the popular spots in Yosemite were. Anyway was a very nice house and we have high standards.

Our party consisted of children as young as 2 to grandparents. The stay was super comfortable for everyone and having a two floor bedroom setup was very convenient. 10/10 would recommend.

We liked the close proximity to Mariposa Grove in Yosemite. The drive to the Valley was about 45 minutes, not a bad drive. We were very happy with the well stocked kitchen because we cooked our meals, but the grill never worked. The house is not as remote as the pictures indicate. The house is in a beautiful location but there are other houses next door and around the area.

This was a top notch place but not maintained. Several bulbs were out, the water filter on the fridge glowed red, the kitchen sink faucet was nearly falling off the counter, a few of the window blinds were missing the strings and couldn’t be opened, cobwebs and dust in the ceiling skylights and chandelier, and the first warm dry day brought ants all over the entryway hall, kitchen, counters, and dining area. We thought they had gotten to the trash, but none were found there. We vacuumed up most of them but the vacuum filter was full and didn’t have much power. The location was great, and the overall stay was nice but if the weather hadn’t been snowy until our last day, the ants could have been a big problem.

This is a great property. The pictures did not match the place at all (for the better). It seemed like the place was recently renovated. Everything was clean. We used the kitchen to prep our meals and it was well stocked. Had plenty of pots, pans, even a rice cooker, and everything else that we needed. The BBQ worked great for us. We loved the deck - my son loved just running around outside. We didn't use the hot tub. It was easy to check in - we were provided a code to access the house and direction on accessing the house if the code didn't work. We had an issue with the method of identification. The link that was provided by the management company didn't work. They never followed up after our request. And I had to keep asking how do we make sure our reservation was confirmed but they couldn't verify anything on the phone until we managed to go through the identification verification process. Additionally, on our second night, we had some people trying to "check in" by trying to use the codes to open the door. Subsequently, they knocked continuously claiming they had reserved the house. Unsure how true it was, but kind of scary when it was 10 pm at night. I was mostly wary just because we have a toddler with us. I also wish the check out time was a little later, 10 am check out is a tad early especially when we had to clean up a bit before leaving. Despite that, our small group enjoyed staying here and would love to return.

Great location. Well-kept home. Wood burning fireplace (awesome!) so be prepared to bring wood and/or tools to start a fire using the wood from the store down the street. Also, the BBQ is a Traeger (Awesome!) so you should bring your own flavored wood pellets.

Stayed at this property to celebrate anniv weekend with my spouse and two teenagers. Home had all the equipment you’d think you’d need and I especially loved the Traeger smoker and made some awesome ribeyes we bought at Oakhurst. Property is situated centrally and inside the park and about 30 minutes away from all the sites in Yosemite Valley and equally 30 minutes away from Oakhurst to go for grocery shopping, fast food, etc.. Was also nice that it was about a 10 minute drive from Mariposa Grove, which allowed us to go a little bit later in the day and avoid the crowds. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Yosemite
