The poolside palapa is a wonderful place for the evening hours spent in each other’s company, warmed by the tabletop fireplace. You could even plan for a dinner or two al fresco courtesy of the outdoor dining set with seating for 8. Want to work up a sweat before you take a dip in the sparkling water? A sand volleyball court will be just the thing to get your blood pumping and spend some of that vacation energy.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms. 2 total bathrooms: 1 ensuite in primary and one full bath in hallway.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedrooms #2 thru #4 all include a queen size bed.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed.

The home also includes an additional full bathroom with an oversized vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for up to 5 vehicles – 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage.
• The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. To have this fee added please contact the Customer Care Team after booking at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
-Pool Heating $100 per day, If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking and add no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. It must be heated for the full length of your stay and cannot be added during. -Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 87 degrees. While Palm Springs is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during Palm Springs colder months. Thank you!
• Dog Friendly! 2 dogs Maximum, small to medium breed of 50 lbs. or less. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee a flat fee of $150 per pet is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This home has an outdoor camera overlooking the front of the house.

• Pool Heating (This property does not have a Hot Tub) Pool heat can be added for $100 per day and must be requested 48 hours prior to arrival. We will not be able to turn on once in the property.
Please be aware that the pool and spa heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
