Soak your tired muscles the private hot tub while the grill master in your crew creates delicious barbeque delights on the gas grill. The outdoor dining set with umbrella is the perfect spot for enjoying meals al fresco. At the end of long days, gather together on the comfortable seating around the firepit to soak in the sunset while you toast up a round of tasty treats.

Inside this open-concept retreat, you'll be delighted to find a variety of communal spaces that provide everyone the experience they desire. Whether you’re lounging in the colorful living room on sectional sofas while streaming your favorite entertainment on the smart TV or basking in the bright natural light on the cushy armchair seating, you’ll find yourself in great company. The dine-in kitchen offers a great contrast to its vibrant surroundings, with dark wooden cabinets and modern, stainless steel appliances throughout. Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, dedicated workspace, and private patio.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

• Driveway and street parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Pet friendly! 1 dog, 40 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• Heating the pool and hot tub is optional. The fee is $100 per night for both, or $40 per night for just the hot tub. Please notify us 72 hours in advance to ensure proper heating.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras. The first is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the front entrance. The second is located on the top left corner of the house, actively monitoring the driveway. The third is located on the left side of the home behind the gate, actively monitoring the side gate and trash can area. The fourth is located on the right side of the home, actively monitoring the right side of the gate and a portion of the street.

• Pool & Spa Heating
Please be aware that the pool and spa heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Depending on the property, the pool heating fee may cover both the pool and spa if the system allows. For properties where the pool and spa operate on separate heating systems, a separate fee is required for spa heating only. Each property has unique pool controls and systems.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 5-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.

Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs if evidence of smoking is found.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants. These totals are 8 overnight guests and 12 daytime guests.
The private pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $100/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 24 hours in advance of your expected need.
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
