You’ll be just across the street from access to the expansive sandy shores where you can build sandcastles and splash in the surf to your heart’s content. The home even includes beach gear to make the most out of your adventures!
Head back to the home at lunchtime to whip up a delicious grilled feast on the community’s barbeque area. If you’d prefer to leave the cooking to someone else for a change, you’ll be in close proximity to some of the best restaurants on the Gulf Coast, some just a short walk away.
The home’s cheerful interior is a delight for the senses, with bright splashes of color in the coastal-themed décor accompanying comfortable furnishings to create spaces that maximize your downtime. Curl up on plush living room sofa or armchair seating while you stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TV. The open floorplan provides organic flow into the kitchen, fully equipped for all your culinary endeavors with stainless steel appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore the Gulf on your own. If you're looking for something to do after dark, Gulf Shores has a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore. You can also catch a live music show at one of the many venues in town. -At least 2 night minimum for all rentals.
-Maximum occupancy: 6
-Rental located on 1st floor of 3 story condominium complex. No elevator available.
-Free, assigned parking under condo (look for #28 marked above). 2 vehicle maximum.
-Snowbirds/Monthly rentals available (November - February)
-No Smoking/Vaping and No Pets allowed. (Additional fees associated with this if found).
-No hanging of towels or laundry over front railings.
-No grilling on deck. There is a provided complex grill, see pictures.
-Please be courteous to other occupants at the complex - Quiet time: 10 pm - 8 am.
-Departures: Leave clean and reasonable order. (Additional cleaning fees may apply if left in excessive disorder/mess). Take out trash and put in dumpster on property.
