Horizons 4 | Hike & Bike Trails, Near Shuttle

Shops, restaurants, and hiking and biking trails are within walking distance. Snowcreek Golf Course is a quick 4-minute drive away. Skiers and snowboarders will love and utilize the nearby shuttle stop. The green line shuttle travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village.

The living room has a beautiful pellet stove, great for warming up after hitting the slopes. Large plush couches circle the TV. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. This will be a popular spot to watch a movie and unwind at the end of the night. A DVD player and high-speed internet are offered for your entertainment.

Enjoy homemade meals instead of going out. The kitchen has a toaster, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, wine are and more. Right by the kitchen is a dining table for 4.

Near the entryway of the home is perfect for the kids. An alcove has a Twin bunk bed. The master bedroom is furnished with a Full bed, TV, and bathroom.

There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- The management of Horizons 4 complex has decided to close the walkways from the back to the pool area. The reason for this is due to the heavy snowfall in the area, which has resulted in snow banks as tall as 15 feet and a narrow walkway. The snow is very heavy and wet, which poses a risk of collapsing. In the foreseeable future please access the hot tub and club house from the gate facing Azimuth Road.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
