Be sure to stop by the nearby Vons to stock up your condo's full-size kitchen. During the winter, the free green line shuttle travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village and is within walking distance. Summer activities around close too, including hiking and biking trails and the Snowcreek Golf Course. A short drive or Uber can take you to the lake for fishing.

The living room is furnished with an oversized sectional couch around a wood burning fireplace, 40' flat screen TV, and BluRay DVD player. Get cozy with some hot chocolate and light up the fireplace. There are board games available to stay in on the winter nights. WiFi is also provided for family entertainment. The living room seating further functions as 2 futons for additional sleeping space. A washer and dryer are handy for longer visits.

Skip the hassle of waiting in line at a restaurant and prepare homemade meals from the privacy of your own condo. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric stovetop, pots, pans and more. The breakfast bar has seats for 3 and the dining table has seats for 6. A BBQ is also available to grill.

The master bedroom has a King bed, 24' flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom. The master bathroom has a standalone shower and a spacious vanity. The guest bedroom is down the hall similarly with a King bed and 19' TV. There is a nearby guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity. Upstairs you will find a bonus loft room. The loft has a Queen bed, Twin over Full bunk bed, and TV.

Winterset offers 2 assigned outdoor parking spots. The communal pool and BBQ stations are only open during the summer while the hot tub and the sauna are open year round.

Under the COVID regulations, the spa will be open from 3PM to 10PM. Guests will be required to sign up for daily use on the sheet by the spa and will have 30 minutes to one family unit at a time. No more than 8 people are allowed. You must have a mask on and maintain 6-foot physical distancing. The condo complex common areas like the bathroom, showers, and sauna will be closed.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
