The condo features an updated interior and decor, great community amenities, and a prime location in downtown. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, movies, and grocery stores. During the winter, the Green Line Shuttle (a free service) stops near the complex and travels to the Eagle Lodge and The Village for easy mountain access. Warmer seasons beckon vacationers to enjoy the close by hiking/biking trails and golf courses.
The living room is furnished with an oversized, deep couch that gives plenty of room to cuddle up around the wood-burning fireplace. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. The fully remodeled kitchen is well equipped with custom quartz counters, a large peninsula, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans and more. The dining table has seating for 4, and the breakfast bar has seating for 3.
The main bedroom has a comfortable pillow top Queen bed and mounted flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has a spacious vanity and a shower/tub combo. The upstairs loft holds a Queen bed, a Full bed a single Twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The loft also has an attached 2nd bathroom with a shower. Dual pane windows and fans make this unit extra comfortable. During the winter season, there is an outdoor ski closet for your convenience.
Be sure to take advantage of all Horizons 4 has to offer during your stay. This condo’s location is exceptional and located just a short walk to the year-round jacuzzi spa and dry sauna. There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- The management of Horizons 4 complex has decided to close the walkways from the back to the pool area. The reason for this is due to the heavy snowfall in the area, which has resulted in snow banks as tall as 15 feet and a narrow walkway. The snow is very heavy and wet, which poses a risk of collapsing. In the foreseeable future please access the hot tub and club house from the gate facing Azimuth Road.
- Wi-Fi connectivity can fluctuate/fail especially when the town is busy. If you are coming here for WORK, it is advisable for you to bring your own booster/extender or hotspot.
