Beautiful condo, it was very peaceful and we loved the fisherman’s trail along the coast. I recommend bringing good soled shoes to walk the lava path.

Loved the property and amenities. Had a little trouble figuring out check in and the shower water was not hit in the master bath. Still I would do all over again!

A fantastic property right on the ocean. Close to pool, restaurant and in great location. I highly recommend this property!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed every minute of our 18 days at this property! It was sparkling clean and the view overlooking the lava and ocean was unbeatable. We spent so much time on the lanai watching the whales. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with all the tools you’ll need to make meals and having the restaurant on property was so convenient. Communication with the host was also great. We hope to return to this property in the future as we made so many memories here.

Don’t pass this condo up! Book if you can! Beautiful oceanfront condo with amazing views. The condo was spotless and well appointed. The grounds were beautiful and the complex is located within a great location! Check in was very easy and we did not have one issue with condo during our stay! This place is a gem and my family and I will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed this unit for our week stay. We felt it was well stocked with all the basic needs, from kitchen to bathrooms. loved the BBQ on the deck with the wet bar. Our only issue is the bed in the master bedroom. My wife and i slept the first night in this room but had so much problem getting into the bed. The bed hit my wife waist high and resulted in me pulling her into bed.(she is 5\'7) When I was able to get into bed and hung my feet over the edge i had 12\" before the floor. We gave up the room to our daughter and son n law for the week. Great views and location. would rent again.

15A gave our family of 4 a wonderful home base in Hawaii for spring break. The condo was truly ocean front. Providing stunning sunsets and a lanai for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We walked into Waikoloa (1.5 miles) for dinners at various restaurants. The beautiful pool and pool bar/restaurant was a huge value add to end our day after excursions. The condo itself was clean, spacious, well stocked with utensils and pots/pans. As indicated, all food related items (including oils and spices) need to be brought by renters. We were unable to check out tennis and other gear at the front desk. We had been told we could, so FYI, that was not the case. Renters not allowed. We had a lovely week here. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. Aloha!

They also have a child’s booster seat & portable crib too, which is great for small children! My only complaint is the 10am check out time. Clean, quiet yet nearby to shopping and restaurants. Surrounding views and landscape are beautiful. The pool clubhouse is an added bonus serving drinks and food. Kudos to Mary and Daniel. They really make your stay a plus.

I have 5 kids ranging from 10-17 and we had plenty of space for everyone and for my wife and I. It was a perfect location and in great shape.

You'll need to bring your own coffee or tea but all the necessities are supplied. the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable we wanted to find out the manufacturer. The Waikoloa location afforded simple access to the most magnificent snorkeling I've ever experienced and I lived in Hawaii for several years we particularly enjoyed watching a large pod of dolphin swim by the Lanai which we were able to observe using the supplied high quality binoculars. Upscale shops and restaurants are located in the Waikoloa district and the condo itself has a nice restaurant and beautiful pool. We plan to return.

My family had an incredibly relaxing time in this condo. The ocean view and close proximity to the Ocean Club (pool area) make it tough to ever feel like you need to leave the resort. The condo itself was great and check-in was a breeze. The condo is modern and well appointed. While the overall cleanliness wasn't perfect (laundry left in dryer, drains need clearing, stained pillowcases), I wouldn't hesitate to try and stay here again the next time we are on the big island.

However, dirty dishes and knives returned to cabinets and knife block, no start up supplies and maintenance on dishwasher incomplete. Will return again in the future despite the above.

My husband and I stayed in 15A at Hali’i Kai with our two kids, ages 14 and 12, this past week. We had an amazing week exploring the Big Island beaches with this condo as our home base. It’s a beautiful condo in a great location. We arrived last Wed. night and after hours check in was a breeze. The condo is just as pictured online, but better in person. It’s well equipt with all the kitchen essentials. The view from the lanai was awesome. My husband and I woke up every morning extra early to enjoy our coffee while watching the waves and loved the birds and geckos that would visit. I think that my 14-year-old son (who is very ‘14’ and not impressed by much!) summed up our stay the best. On our second night at Hali’i Kai, we were out on the lanai BBQing and enjoying the view. He was watching some fishing boats off in the distance and said, “This place is amazing”! I agree. Thanks you so much for sharing your condo with us. We’ll be back! Hopefully, in the Spring to see the whales!

The online photos of the property were very accurate. The location and views are spectacular! We truly did sit on the lanai and watch whales and dolphins cavorting in the ocean just in front of us. The rooms were a good size and bathrooms too. The kitchen was adequate and the appliances all worked. It is situated in a nice well maintained community that offers a lot of privacy. Also the community is close to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here in the future.

I only have one tiny complaint, and that is that there could be more dishwasher detergent pucks, food staples and beach toys. Only 3 dishwasher pucks were provided for the 2 drawer dishwasher, which we went through in 3 days of a 6 day stay.
