Growing up in the mountains of Eastern Washington and North Idaho, Mr. Hedquist has a diverse background, with finance occupying a majority of the last 20 years. Mr. Hedquist was a well-respected leader in banking sector, serving in both managerial and lending capacities for regional and large financial institutions. Mr. Hedquist was regularly relied upon to transform low-performing operations to record-setting portfolios throughout his career in finance. His ability to collaborate and connect with key stakeholders led to creative and effective solutions.

Mr. Hedquist most recently oversaw a diverse $500MM loan & deposit portfolio which required extensive knowledge in financial and operational analysis. Mr. Hedquist has a proven history of producing outstanding results while working within a limited budget. He created and successfully managed highly productive teams and gained recognition as an exemplary manager with an impeccable work ethic, distinguished among his peers.

Mr. Hedquist values relationship building as the first step to meeting the needs and desires of his clients. He navigates both complex details and risk while maintaining perspective of the big picture with precision in order to accomplish the mission. Mr. Hedquist is an avid outdoorsman, spending much of his free time boating, fishing, and hunting the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Hedquist has served as a Board Member for the Inland Northwest Wildlife Council and is actively involved in the Sandpoint Rotary chapter. Colin Hamilton is a 20 year entrepreneur focused on delivering results. With a robust career in real estate, hospitality and leadership, Colin understands the vacation rental industry. Having successfully operated multiple short-term vacation properties, he now gets to assist other property owners with his unique experience.

A graduate of Wheaton College with a degree in International Business, he spent years traveling the world. Colin has assisted in starting thriving businesses in China, Canada and the USA before settling back down in Northwest Montana. His hospitality experience includes one of the most famous landmarks in Glacier Country, the Prince of Wales Hotel.

His award-winning real estate experience includes short and long term property management, lifestyle properties, commercial real estate and new home construction. Having also worked in business funding, he has a robust background in business revenue, investing and operations.

Colin and his family spend most of their free time with hunting, fishing, hiking, camping and enjoying the natural beauty that Glacier Country is famous for. He loves to see others experience Montana, truly the “Last Best Place.”

Upon fulfilling his commitment to the United States Coast Guard, Corey attended University and embarked on a career in Law-Enforcement – most of which was in rural, back-country settings. His entrepreneurial drive led him to the energy industry where he managed large business units and diverse teams. Concurrent with his work in the energy sector, Corey and his spouse Nicole built and sold numerous successful franchise businesses. Corey & Nicole are lifelong mountain adventurers and enjoy white-water kayaking, hiking, snowmobiling, and camping. Glacier Country is one of this couple’s favorite places on the planet and they are thrilled to share the love of this are with others.
