- The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- The home is equipped with a security attached to the front door facing the entry way for security purposes.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs max 35lbs each, with an additional Pet Fee of $100 flat fee. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
