Foothills Walk-in Unit

This is far beyond your average condo! Welcome to Foothills Walk-in Unit, a spacious 1,300 square foot walk-in home with on-site amenities that allows you to enjoy your vacation in Branson in style. With the prime location, beautiful decorations, and high-end furnishings found throughout, this home just might turn into your annual retreat.

The open-concept design gives direct sightlines between the living room, dining area, and kitchen - optimal for enjoying each other's company. The living room offers ample seating with one sofa turning into a Queen-size sofa sleeper. The room also features a TV and access to the outside balcony. The covered balcony offers furniture and is a great space to enjoy a slow morning or evening drinks.

Back inside, the large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up scrumptious meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and more are available for your convenience. The extended counter is perfect for extra prep space with help from fellow guests or day-to-day casual dining. To enjoy more formal meals together, a dining table for 6 is steps away.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Wherever you land, it’s sure to be cozy with each space furnished with luxe linens.

Bedroom #1 is decked out with a King bed, Smart TV, balcony access, and shared en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo, and is accessible from the living room also.

Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite highlights vanity, and shower/jetted tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use off of the kitchen.
- 2 parking spaces are available.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

The home is located in the highly sought-after community. The clubhouse with an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness area is just a few hundred feet from the front door! Beyond the luxury resort-style community, Makin’ Memories is situated in the heart of Branson! The property is blocks from 76 Country Music Blvd (The Strip) and minutes from music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 4 miles away and commonplace to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Property Update: We are pleased to share that the clubhouse common area, the fitness room, the sauna and the indoor pool have all been reopened. The outdoor pool remains available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
