THINGS TO NOTE:
• Paid communal laundry is available on each floor. Guests can pay to use these facilities with cards.
• Dedicated parking is available for one vehicle. When checking in at the front desk, guests will pay a $51.50 Resort Fee directly to the resort that will cover the cost of your required parking pass. Please note that the parking pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times, or cars will be booted or towed with additional fees.
• Pets are not permitted.

• Since this is a condominium, there are quiet rules. Quiet hours are before 9AM and after 10PM. There should never be any noise that would disturb or annoy other people - the rules at this location are strictly enforced by security.
