Sea Ranch Delight has a sprawling outdoor deck with a bubbling hot tub, from where you can spot bashful deer. A sizzling BBQ with 4 lounge chairs makes for idyllic family time.

The living room is bright and airy, teeming with soft, pastel-hued decor, high vaulted ceilings and wooden furnishing. Large picture windows allow ample natural light and offer stunning views of the wilderness. A crackling fireplace surrounded by comfy couches is perfect for a relaxed evening indoors.

The adjoining open plan kitchen is modern, roomy and well-equipped. These include a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator. Bar stools for 2 are ideal for casual chats over drinks. The 6-seater dining table, overlooking lush green lawns and hypnotic beaches, is perfect for intimate family meals.

Unwind in the media room upstairs, which has a TV and sofa that doubles as a sleeper. You can also browse through the well-stocked bookshelf.

The home sleeps 5 guests with the sofa sleeper in the loft, and 2 bedrooms located on the 1st floor, both adorned with dewy white walls and pastel-colored furnishing.

- Bedroom #1 is the master, which opens onto the outdoor deck. It is equipped with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2 offers a queen-size bed.
- There is an additional shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is nestled inside a historic, private community spanning over 3000 acres called The Sea Resort.

Check out its gift shop for funky souvenirs and home goods. A 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points is perfect for hikers and nature lovers. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
