Remodeled in 2018, this luxurious 3 bedroom villa is ideal for family and friends looking to explore the Hawaiian island. The Waikoloa Beach Resort has numerous amenities from golf course greenery, swimming pool, fitness room, BBQ stations, tennis courts, and even koi ponds, you'll be endlessly entertained. The Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach is a mile away so you can hit the beach to swim with dolphins, windsurf, snorkel or even go on one of the glass bottom boat tours! The King's and Queen's shops are less than a mile away and offer great shopping and dining options. Don't forget to check out the scenic golf courses and set your tee time!

The double door entrance leads you to a spacious living room with a 75" Smart HDTV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +) and a comfortable sectional. From here, you can access the wrap-around golf course view lanai that faces the 13th fairway. The lanai is furnished with seating, great for hanging out in the tropical sun. This villa is a single story home so you won't have to worry about carrying heavy bags up the stairs!

The kitchen is great for the chef in the group to whip up homemade meals. There is a drip coffee maker, double oven, kettle, dishwasher and more to make you feel right at home. The formal dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 2 seats can be found at the breakfast nook in the kitchen.

The first 2 master bedrooms ensure total privacy and are separated by the living room. Each master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bathroom with standing shower, and 50" Smart TV so you don't have to fight for the remote! There is central AC in the living area and the first 2 bedrooms to stay cool.

The 3rd bedroom studio has its own private entrance and features a comfortable King bed with a 55" Smart TV to watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Amazon movies/TV shows. Complimentary internet is also provided. The kitchenette is great for a cup of morning coffee and a quick snack before exploring the island. There is a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and mini-fridge available. Numerous local dining options are nearby if you're craving some poke or Hawaiian BBQ! There is a small table with 2 chairs if you feel like dining in or reading a book by the garden view. The spacious bathroom has a standing shower. There is a split system AC to keep you cool during the Summer months!

Air-conditioning in the condo: The A/C is set to come on only when the temperature in the condo exceeds 75F. The A/C is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C.

Things to Note:
- Public propane grills for guest located next to the pool area. A very short walking distance from the unit.
- The WiFi at this property is spotty, very weak, and at times non existing.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Air-conditioning in the condo: We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 75F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer. 8pm to 8am the owner has it set at 76 its not on the 4 hour timer during these hours.
8am to 8pm is when the ac is on the 4 hour timer. The AC is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the AC. To turn the AC on, simply turn the nest dial to adjust the temperature setting.
