Incredible ocean front location with gorgeous views of the Kona Coast. Enjoy the private lanai while you take in the ocean activities or dine while watching the sunset. This one bedroom 1 bath unit offers a vintage Hawaii style decor and comes complete with, king sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper and TV in the nice sized living room. Shower stall only - no tub. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT.

Please note that the water heater is behind the stove, and has a water alarm on it.

• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.

Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Small children are allowed to use the pool with a swim diaper.

Island of Hawaii, Kona.

Sea village was a good location. Walking into the town, about 1 1/2 miles was not easy, no sidewalks.The unit needs a update, I e new flooring and update kitchen. Nice pool area and lovely grounds. Our view was specular.
