With a variety of seating options, everyone will have a front row seat to the action with the relief of indoor air conditioning just steps away. A convenient outdoor shower allows you to rinse off in between dips, and you can cozy up to the tabletop firepit on cooler nights, setting a lovely scene for evening cocktails. When you’re not spending your hours playing games or taking laps, venture out to enjoy the local Davenport scene with Northeast Regional Park just a 13-minute drive away where you’ll find sports fields, basketball courts, and even a dog park to let your furry friend zoom around! Cagan Crossing is a popular shopping and dining destination, just 12 minutes away. And of course, as we mentioned, all major theme parks are within convenient reach of the home, a 20 to 30-minute drive depending on your preferred destination.

The sun doesn’t stop shining at Devine Paradise, even indoors where you’ll find gorgeous high ceilings and plentiful windows creating bright open spaces. Neutral tones and furnishings are accented by glittery décor to elevate the atmosphere and kick up the fun. Settle into the comfortable living room sofa and stream your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV, taking a fresh air break on the lanai with access through the sliding glass doors. Step through the beautiful archways to the formal dining room with seating for 7, and then straight into the fully equipped kitchen featuring stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. A drip coffee maker, toaster, and full suite of cookware and dining ware are all available to make mealtime a breeze whether you decide to make homecooked meals or present takeout from a local restaurant.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms. A full-sized futon is also available in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a twin over twin bunk bed.

The home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- If guest is bringing a pet - the pet fee is NOT included in the total price. An additional pet fee of $35 per night / per pet will be applied after reservation is complete. Any evidence of pet brought in without payment will be charged at $65/night
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Overnight street parking, parking on grassy areas, and parking RV's, motorhomes, buses, trailers, or boats are not permitted.
- The pool can be heated for an additional $24 per night.
- BBQ Grill Rental is available for an additional flat fee of $115.
- In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
- We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
- This home has an outdoor Ring camera in the entryway facing the exterior.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
