At Bay Breeze at The Pass, you’re in the very best position to do so, tucked away in a private community right on the shore. This stunning 2-bedroom home overlooks scenic Perdido Bay and nearby islands, while being within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the public beaches lining this desirable coastal destination. Located within The Pass resort in Orange Beach, guests will have access to a number of onsite amenities such as the private beach, community pools (including a heated indoor pool!), marina, outdoor barbeque and area, tiki hut, and so much more! You’ll be directly across the street from The Gulf, a popular restaurant with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico serving up delicious local fare and refreshing cocktails. The exciting nightlife in Orange Beach offers live entertainment along the shores at a wide variety of venues. When your day is done, head back to the home with the excitement of knowing you’ll wake up to serene views of the marina from your spacious, shaded balcony as you enjoy the fresh coastal air with your first cup of morning coffee.

The home’s interior has taken all measures to ensure your absolute comfort, bringing the outdoors in through the coastal-themed furnishings and décor. The cozy living room offers ample sofa seating along with a large, mounted smart TV for downtime spent streaming all your favorite shows. Open the doors to the balcony to let the breeze flow through the home, extending the space to take full advantage of both living areas. Steps away, the sophisticated dining room table can seat 8 for formal meals and energetic game nights alike. The fresh and modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy countertops, and cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware you need should you decide to prepare a meal or two at home. The island is the perfect stage for a delicious spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres, with a wet bar with built-in ice maker just steps away making bartending a cinch.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a hallway alcove with a twin-over-twin bunkbed.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a spacious dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Minimum booking duration is 7 nights. Maximum booking duration is 178 nights.
• Minimum age of primary renter is 25. Primary renter must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation.
• Parking passes are $60 per vehicle. The price for the first parking pass is included in your reservation, and 1 additional is available for purchase no later than 24 hours prior to arrival (max 2 passes/vehicles per reservation in all). Purchased parking pass(es) will be left in the unit on the kitchen counter for the guest. Do not park in the covered garage as these spots are assigned to unit owners.
• No pets allowed. If evidence of an animal is discovered during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees plus $100 per reservation day to cover fines charged by the building. If discovered during your stay, you will be ejected from the property and your reservation will be cancelled with no refund.
• No smoking.
• The HOA requires an e-signed release form that will be collected as part of the reservation.
• Boat slips are privately owned and not available for guest use – there are NO first come/first serve slips available. If you want to bring a boat, the trailer will need to be stored off-site. Daily/weekly parking spots are available for rent from Gulf Coast Rental Company. You may pull up on the far side of the beach on the west side of the BBQ area to anchor, but please be mindful of the swimming area and children playing in the beach area nearest to the docks.
• No boat trailers, RV’s, construction trailers, U-Hauls, or any other type of trailer or oversized vehicles allowed in the outside parking spaces.
• Excessive noise which disturbs other occupants is not allowed and is associated with a $100 fine. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am on weekdays and 10pm to 8am on weekends.
• Guests are advised to take a quick inventory of the kitchen and bath items that are provided before you go to the store to ensure you will have everything you need for your stay. We provide starting supplies, but for longer stays you will want to buy more.

Orange Beach, Alabama is a laid-back beach town located on the Gulf of Mexico. It's a popular spot for families and couples to relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and water. There are plenty of things to do, from swimming and sunbathing to fishing and boating. You can also go shopping at The Wharf, a popular shopping and entertainment complex.
