The living space highlights a large sofa with recliner, TV, and access to the outside balcony. The covered balcony offers a dining set and overlooks the community pool. Perfect for watching over the family as they splash around.

Steps away, a kitchen comes equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up signature dishes from home. Additional appliances and cookware are also available for your convenience. The extended counter offers stool seating, and you can enjoy formal meals together at the dining table for 6.

The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 suite-style bedrooms, each furnished with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 highlights a King bed, TV, and shared en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo and is accessible from the living area as a guest bath.

Bedroom #2 is equipped with 2 Full beds, TV, a private en-suite, and access to the outside balcony. The shared en-suite features a jetted shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

The home is located in the highly sought-after Thousand Hills Golf Resort area. The clubhouse with an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness area is just a few hundred feet from the front door! Beyond the luxury resort-style community, you will be situated in the heart of Branson! The property is blocks from 76 Country Music Blvd (The Strip) and minutes from music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 4 miles away and a common place to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Property Update: We are pleased to share that the clubhouse common area, the fitness room, the sauna and the indoor pool have all been reopened. The outdoor pool remains available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
